Sie arbeiten an der mechanischen Integration beweglicher Flügelsysteme im Flugzeugbau. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Konstruktion, Bauunterlagen, 3D-Modellen und der technischen Abstimmung mit angrenzenden Bereichen.

Ihre Aufgaben
• Detailkonstruktion mechanischer Systeminstallationen im Bereich Wing Movables und Flight Controls
• Integration beweglicher Komponenten und mechanischer Systeme in die feste Flügelstruktur
• Unterstützung bei Modifikationen, Bauunterlagenänderungen und technischer Projektkoordination
• Mitarbeit an technischen Lösungen für Installationen der primären und sekundären Flugsteuerung
• Pflege von 3D-Modellen, Dokumentationen und technischen Unterlagen im Konstruktionsumfeld
• Unterstützung von Fertigung, Qualität und Schnittstellenpartnern bei technischen Fragestellungen

Ihr Profil
• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Ingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Engineering und Konstruktion im technischen Entwicklungsumfeld
• Gute Kenntnisse in CATIA V5, VPM, SAP oder vergleichbaren Entwicklungs- und PLM-Tools
• Erfahrung mit Konstruktionsänderungen, Bauunterlagen und technischen Freigabeprozessen
• Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse jeweils versiert
• Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, technisches Verständnis und starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit

You will work on the mechanical integration of movable wing systems in aircraft development. The role focuses on design work, technical documentation, 3D models and coordination with adjacent engineering teams.

Your tasks
• Create detailed designs for mechanical system installations in wing movables and flight controls
• Integrate movable components and mechanical systems into the fixed wing structure
• Support modification activities, drawing changes and technical project coordination
• Contribute to technical solutions for primary and secondary flight control installations
• Maintain 3D models, documentation and technical design data
• Support manufacturing, quality and interface teams with technical topics

Your profile
• Degree in engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in engineering and design in a technical development environment
• Good knowledge of CATIA V5, VPM, SAP or comparable engineering and PLM tools
• Experience with design changes, drawings and technical release processes
• Proficient German and English skills
• Structured working style, strong technical understanding and communication skills
