Sie arbeiten an der Entwicklung digitaler und Mixed-Signal-Geräte sowie Computerplattformen mit Schwerpunkt Electronic Warfare. Das Entwicklungsumfeld umfasst den gesamten Prozess von der Anforderungsdefinition und Architekturentwicklung bis zur Verifikation, Qualifikation und Zertifizierung.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Definition und Abstimmung der Geräteanforderungen gemeinsam mit dem Entwicklungsteam und dem internen Kunden
• Verantwortliche Erstellung und Pflege der projektspezifischen technischen Dokumentation
• Koordination und Integration verschiedener Hardware- und Softwarekomponenten zu einem funktionsfähigen Gesamtsystem in Zusammenarbeit mit den Hardware-, Software- und FPGA-Teams
• Mitwirkung bei der Planung und Durchführung von Systemintegrations- und Verifikationstests
• Durchführung von Verifikations- und Qualifikationstests auf Geräteebene gemäß Projektvorgaben
• Technische Begleitung und Unterstützung der Prototypenfertigung sowie der Serienproduktion

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium der Elektrotechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mindestens auf Bachelorniveau
• Mehr als vier Jahre Berufserfahrung
• Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Umweltstandards und zugehörigen Prozeduren: MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-810 und DO-160
• Praktische Kenntnisse in der ganzheitlichen Entwicklung digitaler Hardwarekomponenten von der Idee bis zur Serienreife
• Sicherer Umgang mit Methoden und Tools des Requirements Based Engineering, beispielsweise DOORS
• Detaillierte Spezialkenntnisse in MS Office
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten für die bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit
• Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Koordinations- und Integrationsfähigkeit sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen
• Fähigkeit, sich in ein Team zu integrieren
• Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Belastbarkeit und Organisationstalent

You will contribute to the development of digital and mixed-signal equipment and computer platforms focused on electronic warfare. The development environment covers the entire process, from requirements definition and architecture development through to verification, qualification and certification.

Your tasks

• Actively contribute to defining and agreeing equipment requirements together with the development team and the internal customer
• Take responsibility for creating and maintaining project-specific technical documentation
• Coordinate and integrate hardware and software components into a functioning overall system in collaboration with the hardware, software and FPGA teams
• Contribute to planning and performing system integration and verification tests
• Perform equipment-level verification and qualification tests according to project requirements
• Provide technical support for prototype manufacturing and series production

Your profile

• Completed bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a comparable qualification at least at bachelor’s level
• More than four years of professional experience
• Experience in applying environmental standards and associated procedures: MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-810 and DO-160
• Practical knowledge of the end-to-end development of digital hardware components, from initial concept to series production readiness
• Proficiency in requirements-based engineering methods and tools, such as DOORS
• Detailed specialist knowledge of MS Office
• Business-fluent German and English
• Good communication skills for collaboration across departments
• Independent working style, coordination and integration skills, and assertiveness
• Ability to integrate into a team
• A strong sense of responsibility, resilience and organisational skills
