Für eine Aufgabe im Bereich Arbeitsvorbereitung und Fertigungsplanung suchen wir Sie als Arbeitsvorbereiter / Produktionsplaner (m/w/d) – Luftfahrt.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Eigenverantwortliche Leitung von Industrialisierungs- und Serienanlaufprojekten (Time – Cost – Quality)

• Aufgabenkoordination und Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering, Qualitätssicherung und Fertigungssteuerung

• Ansprechpartner für interne Kunden, Konstruktionsberatung bei Designänderungen und Neuentwicklungen

• Mitarbeit an Entwicklungsprojekten, Prüfung von Bauunterlagen und Fertigungsvorschriften auf Umsetzbarkeit

• Erstellung von Arbeitsplänen und Stücklisten im SAP für Blechbauteile und Schweißbaugruppen

• Unterstützung bei Angebotskalkulationen und fachliche Beratung anderer Abteilungen (z. B. Einkauf, Programm, Design, NC-Programmierung, QS)

• Definition und Weiterentwicklung von Fertigungskonzepten

• Bearbeitung von Non-Conformities und Qualitätsmeldungen

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung (z. B. Fluggerätmechaniker, Industriemechaniker, Zerspanungsmechaniker oder vergleichbarer handwerklicher Beruf)

• Zusatzqualifikation: Techniker oder Meister erforderlich

• Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Arbeitsvorbereitung, Fertigung/Produktion, Flugzeugbau, Mechanik sowie Projekt- oder Qualitätsmanagement

• Erfahrung in Supply Chain / Logistik von Vorteil

• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und SAP

• Deutsch: verhandlungssicher

• Englisch: fortgeschritten

• Einsatzbereitschaft, Teamfähigkeit, gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen

• Strukturierte, proaktive Arbeitsweise sowie Erfahrung im Projektmanagement

For an assignment in the field of production planning and work preparation, we are looking for a Work Preparation / Production Planner (m/f/d) – Aerospace.

Your tasks

• Independently manage industrialisation and series ramp-up projects (time – cost – quality)

• Coordinate tasks and manage interfaces between manufacturing engineering, engineering, quality assurance and production control

• Act as contact person for internal customers, provide design consulting for design changes and new developments

• Contribute to development projects, review design documents and manufacturing instructions for feasibility

• Create work plans and bills of material in SAP for sheet metal parts and welded assemblies

• Support cost calculations and provide technical input to other departments (e.g. procurement, design, NC programming, QA)

• Define and further develop manufacturing concepts

• Process non-conformities and quality notifications

Your profile

• Completed vocational training (e.g. aircraft mechanic, industrial mechanic, cutting machine operator or comparable technical profession)

• Additional qualification: technician or master required

• At least 3 years of experience in work preparation, manufacturing/production, aircraft construction, mechanics, as well as project or quality management

• Experience in supply chain / logistics advantageous

• Strong knowledge of MS Office and SAP

• German: fluent

• English: advanced

• Commitment, teamwork, communication skills and assertiveness

• Structured, proactive working style and project management experience
