Für unseren Kunden AIRBUS suchen wir Sie als Konfigurationsmanager (d/m/w).

In dieser Rolle verantworten Sie das Konfigurations- und Änderungsmanagement technischer Dokumente über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus. Sie agieren als Schnittstelle zwischen Engineering, Programm und Produktion und stellen die formale sowie inhaltliche Konsistenz der Dokumentation sicher.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Steuerung des Änderungsmanagements von Dokumenten und Umsetzung von Konfigurationsbaselines für funktionale Anforderungen und entwicklungsseitige Verifikation

• Klärung von Differenzen und Sachverhalten mit allen beteiligten Stakeholdern

• Unterstützung des Qualitätsmanagements bei internen und externen Audits sowie Umsetzung von Prozessen im Team

• Verwaltung von Daten und Dokumenten sowie Prüfung auf Vollständigkeit und formale Richtigkeit

• Durchführung textueller Änderungen und Ergänzungen auf Basis eigenen fachlichen Detailwissens

• Optimierung von Dokumenten durch Korrektur fehlerhafter Zuordnungen sowie Identifikation von Schwachstellen und Ableitung von Verbesserungen

• Organisation und Durchführung von Change Control Boards (CCB) sowie Abstimmung von Änderungen mit Projekten, Engineering und Produktion

• Funktion als Bindeglied zwischen Engineering, Programm und Produktion

• Erstellung von Statusberichten und technischen Listen, periodisch und auf Anforderung

• Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Konzepten für den Dokumentenaustausch zwischen Kunde und Zulieferer

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (mindestens Bachelor)

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Configuration Management und/oder in der technischen Dokumentation

• Sehr gute technische Kenntnisse im Bereich Elektronik, Luftfahrt und/oder Maschinenbau

• Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit im Umgang mit Kunden und Zulieferern

• Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Offenheit für neue Ideen und Tools

• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Excel, Kenntnisse in SAP; Erfahrung mit Confluence von Vorteil

• Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen

• Deutsch verhandlungssicher, Englisch versiert

For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a Configuration Manager (m/f/d).

In this role, you will be responsible for configuration and change management of technical documentation across the product life cycle. You will act as an interface between engineering, program and production, ensuring formal and content consistency.

Your tasks

• Control of document change management and implementation of configuration baselines for functional requirements and development verification

• Clarification of discrepancies and issues with all relevant stakeholders

• Support of quality management during internal and external audits and implementation of team processes

• Management of data and documents, including checks for completeness and formal correctness

• Execution of textual changes and enhancements based on own technical expertise

• Optimization of documents by correcting incorrect assignments and identifying weaknesses with improvement proposals

• Organization of Change Control Boards (CCB) and coordination of changes with projects, engineering and production

• Acting as an interface between engineering, program and production

• Preparation of status reports and technical lists, periodic and on demand

• Development and implementation of concepts for document exchange between customer and suppliers

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or comparable qualification

• Several years of experience in configuration management and/or technical documentation

• Strong technical knowledge in electronics, aerospace and/or mechanical engineering

• Strong communication skills and team orientation when working with customers and suppliers

• Structured, solution-oriented working style and openness to new ideas and tools

• Advanced MS Excel skills, SAP knowledge; Confluence experience is an advantage

• Willingness to undertake occasional business travel

• Fluent business German and good command of English
