Material and Logistics Offer Manager (m/w/d) – AIRBUS

For more than 25 years, HESYS Engineering has connected technical specialists with demanding assignments for customers in aerospace, defence and high-tech. For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a suitable candidate.

We are looking for a Material and Logistics Offer Manager to develop customer-specific service proposals. The focus is on material and logistics offers, risk assessment and the continuous improvement of offer strategies, processes, methods and IT tools.

Your tasks

• Analyze customer requirements and the sales strategy to identify the most suitable service to be offered
• Prepare material and logistics offers, including By-the-Hour and PBH offers, within defined deadlines and quality standards and in accordance with the sales strategy and programme-management guidelines
• Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies based on contractual service requirements
• Support the offer department during the negotiation phase regarding all inquiries related to material support
• Continuously develop and improve the offer strategy, offer process, methods and IT tools

Your profile

• Completed Bachelor’s degree in engineering, aerospace engineering or business administration
• More than three years of professional experience in engineering
• More than three years of professional experience in logistics
• More than three years of professional experience in supply chain or logistics
• More than three years of professional experience in contract management
• Knowledge of detailed Microsoft Office functions and knowledge of Google Workspace
• English at least at negotiation level
• Teamwork skills, commitment and strong communication skills
• Agile working style
