Für unseren Kunden am Standort Ulm suchen wir Sie als Projektmanager (m/w/d) – Produktvarianten & Konfigurationsmanagement.

Der Bereich mit seinen fünf Abteilungen stellt sicher, dass die Konfigurationsmanagement-(KM)-Prozesse unter Berücksichtigung der vertraglichen Anforderungen wirksam im Projekt und am Produkt angewendet werden. Dadurch wird gewährleistet, dass die Projekt- und Produktziele im Leistungs-, Zeit- und Kostenrahmen risikoarm erreicht werden.
Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sind über den gesamten Produkt- und Projekt-Lifecycle hinweg in die Projektkernteams eingebunden und arbeiten eng mit Projektleitern und Produktmanagern zusammen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Definition und Festlegung von KM-Schnittstellen (intern und extern)

• Erstellung von Konfigurationsmanagement-Plänen (KM-Plänen) in deutscher und englischer Sprache

• Aufbau und Pflege von Produktstrukturen (Identifikation von Konfigurationseinheiten, Abbildung in KM-Tools)

• Sicherstellung der konsequenten Anwendung des Konfigurationsprozesses

• Durchführung und Moderation von Releaseboards (RBs) und Change Control Boards (CCBs)

• Bildung von Baselines und Dokumentation von Bauzuständen

• Erstellung von Statusberichten, Auswertungen und Präsentationen

• Mitarbeit in interdisziplinären, internationalen Projektteams

• Koordination von Unterauftragnehmern und Kunden im Rahmen des Änderungs- und Freigabeprozesses

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (mind. Bachelor)

• Erfahrung in Projektabwicklung und Konfigurationsmanagement (CM/KM) nach Standards wie ISO 10007oder EIA-649

• Kenntnisse in SAP und MS Office (detaillierte Spezialkenntnisse)

• Erfahrung mit SAP PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) und Serena Business Manager / Dimensionswünschenswert

• Kenntnisse im Software-Konfigurationsmanagement und in Produktionsprozessen von Vorteil

• Deutsch: verhandlungssicher

• Englisch: verhandlungssicher

• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamorientierung

• Durchsetzungsvermögen, Verhandlungsgeschick und Eigeninitiative

• Fähigkeit zur Umsetzung und Einführung von KM-Vorgaben

• Präsentationssicherheit im internationalen Umfeld

Project Manager (f/m/d) – Product Variant & Configuration Management

For our customer based in Ulm, we are looking for a Project Manager (f/m/d) – Product Variant & Configuration Management.

The department, consisting of five divisions, ensures that Configuration Management (CM) processes are effectively implemented in accordance with contractual requirements. This guarantees that project and product objectives are achieved within scope, schedule and cost constraints.
Employees are assigned to core project teams throughout the product and project lifecycle and work closely with project and product managers.

Your tasks

• Define and establish CM interfaces (internal and external)

• Create Configuration Management Plans (CMPs) in both German and English

• Build and maintain product structures (identifying configuration items and mapping them in CM tools)

• Ensure consistent application of configuration processes

• Conduct and moderate Release Boards (RBs) and Change Control Boards (CCBs)

• Create and document baselines and as-built configurations

• Prepare status reports, evaluations and presentations

• Contribute to international and interdisciplinary project teams

• Coordinate subcontractors and customers in the change and approval process

Your profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering or comparable qualification (at least Bachelor’s level)

• Experience in project execution and configuration management according to ISO 10007 or EIA-649 standards

• Strong knowledge of SAP and MS Office

• Familiarity with SAP PLM and Serena Business Manager / Dimensions desirable

• Experience in software configuration management and production processes advantageous

• Fluent in German and English

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Strong assertiveness, negotiation skills and initiative

• Ability to implement and enforce configuration management requirements

• Confident presentation skills in an international environment
