In dieser Rolle verantworten Sie qualitätsrelevante Themen im Produkt- und Projektumfeld von Ground Based Systems. Sie sichern Produktkonformität, Kundenanforderungen und Qualitätsmaßnahmen entlang des Produktlebenszyklus.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit und zentrale Schnittstelle zum Kunden für Qualitätsthemen
• Bewertung und Umsetzung von Qualitätsanforderungen bei Angebot, Vertrag und Projektabwicklung
• Steuerung von Kundenreklamationen inklusive 8D-Prozess, Fehleranalyse und Kundenkommunikation
• Sicherstellung der Qualitätsanteile im Produktentstehungsprozess und in laufenden Projekten
• Überwachung von Projektmeilensteinen, APQP-Methodenbausteinen sowie FAT- und FAI-Abnahmen
• Reporting zu Produktqualität im Feld, Cost of Non Quality, Vertragsstrafen und Gewährleistungskosten

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium, z. B. Elektrotechnik, Luft- und Raumfahrt, Mechatronik oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in Projektmanagement, Produktion, Engineering oder Konfigurationsmanagement
• Gute Kenntnisse in ISO 9001, EN 9100, ISO 15288 sowie idealerweise NATO-Qualitätsstandards AQAP
• Gute Kenntnisse in APQP, 8D, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis und 5Why
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie Kenntnisse in SAP
• Deutsch und Englisch mindestens verhandlungssicher

In this role, you are responsible for quality-related topics in the product and project environment of ground based systems. You ensure product conformity, customer requirements and quality measures throughout the product lifecycle.

Your tasks

• Ensure customer satisfaction and act as central interface to the customer for quality topics
• Assess and implement quality requirements during quotation, contract and project execution
• Manage customer complaints including 8D process, root cause analysis and customer communication
• Ensure quality contributions in the product development process and ongoing projects
• Monitor project milestones, APQP method elements as well as FAT and FAI acceptances
• Report product quality in the field, cost of non-quality, contractual penalties and warranty costs

Your profile

• Completed degree, e.g. in electrical engineering, aerospace, mechatronics or industrial engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, production, engineering or configuration management
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001, EN 9100, ISO 15288 and ideally NATO quality standards AQAP
• Good knowledge of APQP, 8D, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis and 5Why
• Confident use of MS Office and knowledge of SAP
• Business-fluent German and English skills
