In dieser Rolle steuern und harmonisieren Sie die integrierte Projekt- und Programmplanung für das H145-Programm. Sie verbinden Terminplanung, Earned Value Management, Finanzintegration, KPI-Berichterstattung und funktionale Tool-Unterstützung.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Zentrale Schnittstelle für PMOs und Stakeholder sowie Harmonisierung eingehender Planungsdaten im H145-Programm
• Erstellung und Pflege robuster Projektpläne, Meilensteinverknüpfungen und kritischer Pfade im Unified Planning Tool
• Implementierung und Pflege des Earned Value Managements in Zusammenarbeit mit Finanzcontrollern und PMOs
• Analyse, Visualisierung und Präsentation von Planungs-, EVM- und Performance-KPIs sowie Terminplanrisiken
• Steuerung des Dokumentenaustauschs mit externen Partnern und funktionale Unterstützung der PMO-Teams
• Administration von Unified Planning und Planisware einschließlich Release-, Incident- und Schnittstellenmanagement zu SAP

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium in Projektmanagement, Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Betriebswirtschaft
• Mehr als zwei Jahre Erfahrung in Projektmanagement, IT-Systemen, technischer Dokumentation oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld
• Erfahrung in Schnittstellenkoordination, Stakeholder-Management und cross-funktionaler Zusammenarbeit
• Fundiertes Verständnis der Methoden und Kennzahlen des Earned Value Managements
• Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, SAP und GSuite; Erfahrung mit Unified Planning oder Planisware von Vorteil
• Deutsch mindestens fortgeschritten und Englisch mindestens verhandlungssicher

In this role, you manage and harmonize integrated project and programme planning for the H145 programme. You combine scheduling, Earned Value Management, financial integration, KPI reporting and functional tool support.

Your tasks

• Act as the central interface for PMOs and stakeholders and harmonize planning data across the H145 programme
• Create and maintain robust project plans, milestone links and critical paths in the Unified Planning Tool
• Implement and maintain Earned Value Management in close cooperation with finance controllers and PMOs
• Analyse, visualize and present planning, EVM and performance KPIs as well as schedule risks
• Manage document exchange with external partners and provide functional support to PMO teams
• Administer Unified Planning and Planisware, including release, incident and interface management with SAP

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, computer science, business informatics, engineering, industrial engineering or business administration
• More than two years of experience in project management, IT systems, technical documentation or a comparable environment
• Experience in interface coordination, stakeholder management and cross-functional cooperation
• Sound understanding of Earned Value Management principles, methods and performance indicators
• Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP and GSuite; experience with Unified Planning or Planisware is an advantage
• German at least advanced and English at least business fluent
