In dieser Rolle unterstützen Sie das Projektmanagement im Industrial Support für die A320-Produktion. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Projektsteuerung, Schnittstellenmanagement, Reporting, Governance und kontinuierlicher Prozessverbesserung.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Unterstützung des internen und externen Schnittstellenmanagements im Industrial Support
• Steuerung von Projektkommunikation, integrierter Planung sowie Risiko- und Chancenmanagement
• Vorbereitung von Projekt-Reviews sowie Erstellung interner und externer Reports
• Pflege, Analyse und Aufbereitung von Projektmanagementdaten
• Unterstützung von Governance-Strukturen und strategischen Verbesserungszielen
• Erstellung und Betreuung des jährlichen Project History Reports

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder Ingenieurstudium mindestens auf Bachelor-Niveau
• Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und in der Prozessverbesserung
• Kenntnisse in Fertigung, Produktion und Arbeitssicherheit
• Vertiefte SAP-Anwendungskenntnisse sowie Kenntnisse in Google Workspace
• Gute Kenntnisse in Change Management und Lean Management; Skywise von Vorteil
• Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher

In this role, you support project management within Industrial Support for A320 production. The focus is on project control, interface management, reporting, governance and continuous process improvement.

Your tasks

• Support internal and external interface management within Industrial Support
• Manage project communication, integrated planning, risk and opportunity management
• Prepare project reviews and create internal and external reports
• Maintain, analyze and prepare project management data
• Support governance structures and strategic improvement targets
• Create and maintain the annual Project History Report

Your profile

• Completed technical or engineering degree at bachelor level or higher
• Experience in project management and process improvement
• Knowledge of manufacturing, production and occupational safety topics
• Advanced SAP application skills and knowledge of Google Workspace
• Good knowledge of change management and lean management; Skywise is beneficial
• Business-fluent German and English skills
