Role overview
You will lead and coordinate an engineering work package within a complex aircraft development and industrial environment. The role focuses on end-to-end integration, planning, performance and stakeholder alignment across functions.

Your tasks

• Lead and integrate an engineering work package across involved functions

• Define scope, planning and implementation strategy for new structures

• Monitor progress, maturity, risks and performance targets

• Secure decision readiness and robust inputs for project milestones

• Manage risks, opportunities and change activities within the work package

• Provide transparency and reporting towards key stakeholders

Your profile

• Degree in engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable field

• Experience in engineering, industrial or project-driven environments

• Strong project and coordination mindset with analytical skills

• Confident communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Independent, structured and result-oriented working style

• Fluent English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus
