Bauingenieur / Projektmanagement Industriebau (m/w/d) – AIRBUS

In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie die Projektierung und Realisierung von Bau- und Infrastrukturmaßnahmen im industriellen Umfeld. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Bauwesen, Liegenschaften, Gebäuden und technischer Gebäudeausrüstung entlang der Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9 HOAI.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Verantwortung für Projektierung und Realisierung von Investitionen in Bauwesen, Liegenschaften, Gebäuden und technischer Gebäudeausrüstung
• Unterstützung bei der Planung finanzieller Mittel für Infrastruktur- und Baumaßnahmen
• Beauftragung und Koordination externer Dienstleister und Fachplaner von der Konzeption bis zur Abnahme
• Überwachung von Baufortschritt, Qualität, Mängelmanagement und Bauverfahren
• Projektmanagement, Budgetcontrolling und Schnittstellenmanagement zu internen Kunden
• Dokumentation, Berichterstellung, Besprechungsführung sowie Umsetzung von Airbus Standards und Prozessen

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Berufserfahrung im Engineering, in Fertigung/Produktion sowie im Projektmanagement
• Erfahrung im Industriebau sowie im Bauen im Bestand
• Vertiefte Anwendungskenntnisse in MS Office und SAP sowie Kenntnisse in GSuite
• Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und fortgeschrittene Englischkenntnisse
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in HOAI, AHO, VOB, BaustellV, RAB sowie Bayerischer Industriebaurichtlinie und Bayerischer Bauordnung

In this role, you will be responsible for the planning and implementation of construction and infrastructure projects in an industrial environment. The focus is on civil engineering, properties, buildings and technical building equipment across HOAI service phases 1 to 9.

Your tasks

• Taking responsibility for planning and implementing investments in civil engineering, properties, buildings and technical building equipment
• Supporting financial planning for infrastructure and construction measures
• Commissioning and coordinating external service providers and specialist planners from concept to acceptance
• Monitoring construction progress, quality, defect management and construction methods
• Managing projects, budgets and interfaces with internal customers
• Preparing documentation, reports and meetings as well as implementing Airbus standards and processes

Your profile

• Completed degree in civil engineering or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in engineering, manufacturing/production and project management
• Experience in industrial construction and construction work in existing buildings
• Advanced user knowledge of MS Office and SAP as well as knowledge of GSuite
• Business-fluent German and advanced English skills
• Sound knowledge of HOAI, AHO, VOB, BaustellV, RAB as well as Bavarian industrial construction and building regulations
