IHRE AUFGABEN

Für die Linienorganisation MRO Logistics in Manching suchen wir Unterstützung im Bereich Materialversorgung. Hier stellen Sie die Materialbereitstellung für verschiedene Waffensysteme sicher (Eurofighter, A400M, Tornado, AWACS). Der Einsatzbereich umfasst sowohl Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) als auch das Customer Support Facility (CSF).
Ihre Aufgaben:

• Schnittstelle im Produktionsbelieferungsprozess (inkl. Kontrolle von Material, Seriennummern, Dokumenten, Systemeinträgen)
• Materialbuchungen in mehreren IT-Systemen (SAP, OPAL, EWM, SASPF)
• Logistische Steuerung bei Prioritätsabrufen
• Bearbeitung und Überwachung von Rückgaben aus der Fertigung
• Umgang mit VS-/Krypto-Materialien und Kriegswaffen
• Klärung von materialbezogenen Unstimmigkeiten
• Versorgung mit Verbrauchsmaterialien (inkl. e-Katalog-Bestellungen, MHD-Prüfungen)
• Schadgerätemanagement (im C#3-Kontext)

IHR PROFIL

Berufsausbildung

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Logistikfachkraft
• oder qualifizierte Weiterbildung (z. B. Meister, Techniker, Betriebswirt oder vergleichbar)

Berufserfahrung

• Mindestens 4 Jahre Erfahrung in der Logistik
• Kenntnisse im Materialmanagement im C#3-Kontext wünschenswert

IT

• MS-Office mit Kenntnis von Detailfunktionen
• SAP-OPAL Kenntnisse erforderlich
• Kenntnisse in MM / EWM / SASPF wünschenswert

Sprachkenntnisse

• Deutsch verhandlungssicher
• Englisch fortgeschritten

YOUR TASKS

We are seeking support in the area of ??materials supply for the MRO Logistics line organization in Manching. Here, you will ensure the provision of materials for various weapon systems (Eurofighter, A400M, Tornado, AWACS). Your area of ??responsibility includes both Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) and the Customer Support Facility (CSF).
Your tasks:

• Interface in the production supply process (including checking materials, serial numbers, documents, and system entries)
• Material bookings in multiple IT systems (SAP, OPAL, EWM, SASPF)
• Logistical control for priority call-offs
• Processing and monitoring returns from production
• Handling classified/crypto materials and war weapons
• Resolving material-related discrepancies
• Supply of consumables (including e-catalog orders, best-before date checks)
• Malware management (in a C#3 context)

YOUR PROFILE

Vocational Training

• Completed training as a logistics specialist
• or qualified further training (e.g., master craftsman, technician, business economist, or similar)

Professional Experience

• At least 4 years of experience in logistics
• Knowledge of materials management in a C#3 context desirable

IT

• MS Office with knowledge of detailed functions
• SAP OPAL knowledge required
• Knowledge of MM / EWM / SASPF desirable

Language Skills

• Fluent in German
• Advanced English
