In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie Aufgaben im Supply Chain Management und in der operativen Lieferantensteuerung. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Auftragsabwicklung, Materialverfügbarkeit, Lieferkettenüberwachung, Lieferantenmanagement und Maßnahmensteuerung im NPI- und Produktionsumfeld.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Mitarbeit an New Product Introduction und Sicherstellung der Auftragsabwicklung im ERP-System
• Analyse von Verzögerungen und Priorisierung nach Bedarfen von Montagelinien und Kundensupport
• Steuerung operativer Maßnahmenpläne bei Fehlteilen, Nachrüstungen und Logistikabweichungen
• Überwachung der Supply-Chain-Leistung in Wareneingang, Werkstattbereichen, Transport und Versand
• Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten und internen Schnittstellen zur Umsetzung von Vorbeuge- und Abhilfemaßnahmen
• Durchführung von Lieferantenbewertungen, Risikobewertungen und Optimierung von Lieferketten

Ihr Profil

• Ausbildung als Industrie- oder Speditionskaufmann mit langjähriger Erfahrung oder Studium in Supply Chain, BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Supply Chain Quality
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Disposition, Materialbeschaffung, Einkauf, Lieferantenmanagement oder Supply Chain
• Erfahrung im Bereich Luft- und Raumfahrt ist von Vorteil
• Vertiefte SAP-Anwendungskenntnisse sowie Google Workspace von Vorteil
• Grundkenntnisse in Change Management, Projektmanagement und Prozessmanagement
• Versierte Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Kommunikationsstärke und Organisationstalent

In this role, you take over tasks in supply chain management and operational supplier control. The focus is on order processing, material availability, supply chain monitoring, supplier management and action tracking in an NPI and production environment.

Your tasks

• Support New Product Introduction and ensure order processing in the ERP system
• Analyze delays and prioritize urgencies according to assembly line and customer support needs
• Manage operational action plans for missing parts, retrofit delays and logistics deviations
• Monitor supply chain performance in incoming goods, workshop areas, internal transport and shipping
• Work with suppliers and internal interfaces to implement preventive and corrective actions
• Carry out supplier evaluations, risk assessments and optimization of supply chains

Your profile

• Vocational training in industrial or forwarding business with long-term experience or degree in supply chain, business administration, industrial engineering or supply chain quality
• Several years of experience in disposition, material procurement, purchasing, supplier management or supply chain
• Experience in aerospace is beneficial
• Advanced SAP user knowledge; Google Workspace knowledge is beneficial
• Basic knowledge of change management, project management and process management
• Advanced German and English skills plus strong communication and organizational abilities
