Als Fertigungssteuerer legen Sie Produktionsreihenfolgen fest und verfolgen den Produktionsfortschritt. Sie koordinieren Aufträge, Kapazitäten, Materialien und Transporte, um eine termingerechte Produktion und Auslieferung sicherzustellen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Festlegung der Produktionsreihenfolge unter Berücksichtigung von Terminvorgaben, Fertigungs- und Materialkapazitäten sowie der Auftragssituation.
• Aufgliederung der Aufträge nach Typen, Baumustern, Fertigungsstellen und weiteren vielschichtigen Zusammenhängen und Einflussparametern.
• Verfolgung des Produktionsfortschritts durch Verwaltung und Überwachung von Arbeitsaufträgen in SAP.
• Bereichsübergreifende Abstimmung und Einplanung nicht terminierter Kundenaufträge sowie Pflege der On Time Delivery.
• Koordination und Kontrolle der Verfügbarkeit aller erforderlichen Elemente für eine termingerechte Auslieferung.
• Organisation des zeitplangemäßen Materialtransports einschließlich Verpackung crafts and Versand.
• Zusammentragen und Weiterleiten produktionsrelevanter Informationen, z. B. zu Verzögerungen, Verschrottungen, fehlenden Teilen, Komponentenverfügbarkeit, NCs und Concessions.
• Ansprechperson für die KPI-Verfolgung und Schnittstelle bei Störungen zu Materialthemen im Fertigungsbereich elektrische Komponenten.
• Schnittstelle und Ansprechperson für DAHER bei Logistikthemen.
• Unterstützung bei Terminabstimmungen des Einkaufs für Materialien von Zulieferunternehmen.

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene gewerbliche oder kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, z. B. als Groß- und Außenhandelskaufmann/-frau oder Industriekaufmann/-frau, jeweils mit langjähriger Berufserfahrung.
• Abgeschlossene Qualifikation als Techniker/in oder Meister/in.
• Jeweils mehr als drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in Fertigung beziehungsweise Produktion, Fertigungsplanung und -steuerung, IT beziehungsweise Informationssystemen, Produktionsplanung und -steuerung, Supply Chain sowie als technische/r Sachbearbeiter/in.
• Kenntnisse in der Fertigungssteuerung sowie in Produktions- und Entwicklungsprozessen.
• Erfahrung in der Arbeitsvorbereitung und Steuerung ist zwingend erforderlich.
• Airbus-Erfahrung ist wünschenswert.
• Kenntnisse der Detailfunktionen von MS Office.
• SAP-Kenntnisse sind notwendig; Kenntnisse der SAP-Detailfunktionen werden vorausgesetzt.
• Mindestens verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und mindestens versierte Englischkenntnisse.

As a Production Scheduler, you will determine production sequences and monitor production progress. You will coordinate orders, capacities, materials and transportation to ensure that production and deliveries are completed on schedule.

Your tasks

• Determine the production sequence while considering deadlines, production and material capacities, and the order situation.
• Break down orders by type, design, production location and other complex relationships and influencing parameters.
• Track production progress by managing and monitoring work orders in SAP.
• Coordinate across departments and schedule customer orders without fixed dates while maintaining On Time Delivery.
• Coordinate and control the availability of all required elements for on-time delivery.
• Organize scheduled material transportation, including packaging and shipping.
• Compile and communicate production-related information, e.g. delays, scrapping, missing-part tracking, component availability, NCs and concessions.
• Act as the contact for KPI tracking and as the interface for disruptions concerning material issues in the electrical components production area.
• Act as the interface and contact for DAHER regarding logistics topics.
• Support Procurement in coordinating delivery dates for materials from suppliers.

Your profile

• Completed industrial or commercial vocational training, e.g. as a wholesale and foreign trade clerk or industrial clerk, in each case with many years of professional experience.
• Completed qualification as a Techniker or master craftsperson.
• More than three years of professional experience in each of the following areas: manufacturing or production, production planning and control, IT or information systems, production planning and scheduling, supply chain, and technical administration.
• Knowledge of production control and production and development processes.
• Experience in work preparation and control is mandatory.
• Airbus experience is desirable.
• Knowledge of detailed functions in MS Office.
• SAP knowledge is necessary; knowledge of detailed SAP functions is required.
• German language skills at a minimum of business-fluent level and English language skills at a minimum of proficient level.
