Kurzbeschreibung der Stelle

In dieser Position verantworten Sie die Aufbereitung, Verteilung und Archivierung technischer Unterlagen und stellen die termingerechte Bereitstellung von Bau- und Projektdokumentationen sicher.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Drucken technischer Dokumente wie Arbeitsanweisungen und Zeichnungen

• Transfer von Daten in entsprechende Drucksysteme sowie Ausführung der Druckaufträge

• Koordination mit reprografischen Dienstleistern

• Interne und externe Verteilung der Unterlagen, u. a. an Logistikdienstleister

• Registrierung und Verteilung eingehender Projektdokumentationen

• Archivierung sämtlicher projektbezogener Unterlagen

• Sicherstellung von Qualität, Vollständigkeit und Termintreue der Dokumentation

• Arbeiten in einer festen Frühschicht

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder IT-nahe Berufsausbildung, z. B. Industrie- oder Bürokaufmann, IT-Systemkaufmann, Informatikkaufmann oder vergleichbar

• Erste bis mehrjährige Erfahrung im Umfeld technischer Dokumentation oder Informationssysteme

• Strukturierte, selbstständige und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise

• Hohe Zuverlässigkeit und schnelle Auffassungsgabe

• Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit

• Körperliche Belastbarkeit

• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office

• Kenntnisse in SAP, dokumentenbezogenen Systemen oder digitalen Arbeitsplattformen von Vorteil

• Deutschkenntnisse auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau

• Englischkenntnisse auf sicherem Arbeitsniveau

Short role summary

In this role, you manage the preparation, distribution and archiving of technical documentation and ensure timely availability of project-related documents.

Your tasks

• Printing technical documents such as work instructions and drawings

• Transferring data to printing systems and executing print jobs

• Coordinating with reprographic service providers

• Distributing documentation internally and externally, including logistics partners

• Registering and distributing incoming project documentation

• Archiving all project-related documents

• Ensuring quality, completeness and deadlines of documentation

• Working in a fixed early shift

Your profile

• Completed commercial or IT-related vocational training

• Initial to several years of experience in technical documentation or information systems

• Structured, independent and service-oriented working style

• Strong reliability and quick comprehension

• Good communication skills and team orientation

• Physical resilience

• Confident use of MS Office

• SAP or document management system experience is an advantage

• Fluent German language skills

• Solid professional English skills
