Projektleiter Neubau- und Infrastrukturprojekte (m/w/d) – HENSOLDT

In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie die Nutzervertretung in einem Neubau- und Infrastrukturprojekt. Sie koordinieren interne Fachbereiche, externe Projektpartner, PMO-Strukturen, Termine, Kosten, Qualität und Management-Reporting.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Organisation und Koordination eines Neubau- und Infrastrukturprojekts als Nutzervertretung
• Einbindung interner Abteilungen, Fachfunktionen, Nutzerbereiche und externer Projektpartner
• Führung und Koordination eines professionellen PMO-Managements für das Gesamtprojekt
• Aufbau von Projektstrukturen, Terminplänen, Projektcontrolling und Projektteam-Organisation
• Moderation und Dokumentation von Status Reviews, Projektmeetings und Schnittstellenabstimmungen
• Sicherstellung von Terminen, Kosten, Ausführungsqualität und Statusberichten an Stakeholder

Ihr Profil

• Technisches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der erfolgreichen Umsetzung von Industrieprojekten
• Sehr gute Projektmanagement-Fähigkeiten bei industriellen Objekten oder Standortprojekten
• Erfahrung in Statusberichten für Management, Geschäftsführung oder Vorstände
• Kommunikationsstarke, kollaborative und bereichsübergreifend integrierende Arbeitsweise
• Deutsch verhandlungssicher und Englisch versiert

Your tasks

Your profile

• Technical degree or comparable qualification
• At least 5 years of experience in successfully implementing industrial projects
• Very good project management skills in industrial objects or site development projects
• Experience in status reporting for management, executive management or board-level audiences
• Strong communication, collaboration and cross-functional integration skills
• Business-fluent German and advanced English skills
