In dieser Rolle arbeiten Sie im Bereich Supply Chain Operations und koordinieren logistische Schnittstellen sowie Transition- und Optimierungsprojekte. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf logistischen Großprojekten, Prozessoptimierung, der Steuerung externer Dienstleister und dem Clearing logistischer Störungen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Eigenverantwortliche Mitarbeit und Teilprojektleitung bei logistischen Großprojekten, insbesondere bei Verlagerung, Neuausrichtung oder Bezug von Lagerstandorten sowie bei physischer und systemseitiger Flächenoptimierung
• Kontinuierliche Analyse bestehender logistischer Ist-Prozesse an den Schnittstellen zu externen Partnern sowie Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen und Definition von Soll-Prozessen
• Nachhaltige Behebung wiederkehrender Fehlerbilder, unter anderem bei Prüflosen sowie Sperrlager- und Clearingprozessen
• Zentrale Koordination und operative Steuerung externer Logistikdienstleister (LSP), Qualitätssicherungs-Dienstleister und Zollbüros sowie Führung täglicher Abstimmungs- und Eskalationsrunden zur Absicherung zeitkritischer Wareneingänge
• Verantwortung für das übergeordnete Clearing bei logistischen Störungen über Systemgrenzen von SAP, OCT und ServiceNow hinweg sowie proaktive Bestandssteuerung zur Vermeidung von Langliegern
• Aktive Vertretung logistischer Interessen im Shopfloor-Management sowie fachliche Betreuung internationaler Schnittstellenpartner

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Supply Chain/Logistics, Supply Chain Quality oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften
• Mehr als drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in Disposition/Materialbeschaffung, Logistics sowie Supply Chain/Logistics
• Detaillierte Spezialkenntnisse in SAP/R3 sowie Kenntnisse in Google Workspace
• Gute Kenntnisse in Lean Management und Prozessmanagement sowie mindestens Grundkenntnisse im Projektmanagement
• Deutsch und Englisch jeweils mindestens verhandlungssicher
• Selbstständige, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Überzeugungsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen

For more than 25 years, HESYS Engineering has connected technical specialists with demanding assignments for customers in aerospace, defence and high-tech. For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a suitable candidate.

In this role, you will work within Supply Chain Operations and coordinate logistics interfaces as well as transition and optimization projects. The focus is on major logistics projects, process optimization, steering external service providers and clearing logistics disruptions.

Your tasks

• Independently contribute to and lead sub-projects within major logistics projects, particularly the relocation, realignment or establishment of warehouse locations as well as physical and system-based space optimization
• Continuously analyse existing logistics processes at interfaces with external partners, identify optimization potential and define target processes
• Sustainably resolve recurring issues, including inspection lot, blocked stock and clearing processes
• Centrally coordinate and operationally steer external logistics service providers (LSP), quality assurance service providers and customs offices, and lead daily coordination and escalation meetings to secure time-critical incoming goods
• Take responsibility for overarching clearing of logistics disruptions across system boundaries including SAP, OCT and ServiceNow, and proactively manage inventories to prevent long-term stock
• Actively represent logistics interests within shopfloor management and provide professional support for international interface partners

Your profile

• Completed bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, supply chain/logistics, supply chain quality or economics
• More than three years of professional experience in material planning/procurement, logistics and supply chain/logistics
• Detailed specialist knowledge of SAP/R3 as well as knowledge of Google Workspace
• Good knowledge of lean management and process management as well as at least basic knowledge of project management
• Business-fluent German and English skills
• Independent, structured and results-oriented working style as well as strong communication, persuasion and assertiveness skills
