In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie die bedarfs- und termingerechte Disposition von Ersatzteilen und Verbrauchsmaterialien für Maschinen und Anlagen. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Materialverfügbarkeit, Lieferterminüberwachung, ERP-Datenqualität und Schnittstellenkoordination.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Disposition von Ersatzteilen und Verbrauchsmaterialien zur Sicherstellung der Anlagenverfügbarkeit
• Steuerung des Prozesses von Bedarfsermittlung über Bestellauslösung bis Lieferterminüberwachung
• Schnittstellenmanagement mit Instandhaltung, Einkauf, Logistik, Produktion und Lieferanten
• Optimierung von Mindestbeständen zur Balance zwischen Lagerkosten und Versorgungssicherheit
• Pflege von Stammdaten und Sicherstellung hoher Datenqualität im ERP-System
• Eskalationsmanagement bei kritischen Versorgungsengpässen inklusive Express-Sendungen

Ihr Profil

• Kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung mit langjähriger relevanter Berufserfahrung
• Erfahrung in Disposition, Materialbeschaffung, Fertigungsplanung oder Fertigungssteuerung
• Kenntnisse im Lieferantenmanagement und in der terminkritischen Materialversorgung
• Vertiefte Anwendungskenntnisse in SAP sowie Kenntnisse in Google Workspace
• Zusatzqualifikation als Meister oder Techniker wünschenswert
• Deutsch verhandlungssicher und Englisch versiert

In this role, you are responsible for demand-based and on-time scheduling of spare parts and consumables for machines and equipment. The focus is on material availability, delivery tracking, ERP data quality and coordination across internal and external interfaces.

Your tasks

• Schedule spare parts and consumables to ensure availability of machines and equipment
• Manage the process from demand identification to purchase order initiation and delivery tracking
• Coordinate interfaces with maintenance, purchasing, logistics, production and suppliers
• Optimize minimum stock levels to balance storage cost efficiency and supply reliability
• Maintain master data and ensure high data quality within the ERP system
• Manage escalations in critical supply situations including express shipments

Your profile

• Commercial or technical vocational training with long-term relevant professional experience
• Experience in scheduling, material procurement, production planning or production control
• Knowledge of supplier management and time-critical material supply processes
• Advanced user knowledge of SAP and knowledge of Google Workspace
• Additional qualification as master craftsman or technician is desirable
• Business-fluent German and proficient English skills
