Sie unterstützen die Exportkontrolle im operativen Tagesgeschäft und wirken an der Sicherstellung rechtskonformer Prozesse im internationalen Umfeld mit.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Unterstützung bei Endnutzererklärungen und Exportprozessen
• Mitwirkung bei Freigabe und Zurückhaltung von Materialien und Aufträgen
• Bearbeitung von Exportgenehmigungen sowie Verlängerungen von Lizenzen
• Durchführung operativer Prüfungen und Dokumentationen
• Mitarbeit im SAP-Umfeld und bei automatisierten Freigaben
• Unterstützung bei Exportkontrollverfahren nach geltenden Vorschriften

Ihr Profil

• Studium im kaufmännischen oder wirtschaftlichen Umfeld
• Erfahrung in Exportkontrolle, Zoll oder Projektumfeld
• Kenntnisse im Außenwirtschaftsrecht sowie ITAR/EAR von Vorteil
• Sicherer Umgang mit SAP und MS Office
• Strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise
• Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher

Your tasks

• Support end-user statements and export control processes
• Contribute to release and hold decisions for materials and orders
• Handle export licenses, renewals and related documentation
• Perform operational checks and documentation activities
• Support SAP-based processes and automated approvals
• Assist with export control procedures and regulatory compliance

Your profile

• Degree in business administration or related field
• Experience in export control, customs or project environment
• Knowledge of foreign trade law and ITAR/EAR
• Experience with SAP and MS Office
• Structured and analytical working style
• Fluent German and English skills
