In dieser Rolle steuerst du Bau- und Infrastrukturprojekte dort, wo Planung, Kosten und Umsetzung zusammenkommen.

Ihre Aufgaben

In dieser Position unterstützen Sie Bau- und Infrastrukturprojekte über alle Projektphasen hinweg und tragen zur sicheren Erreichung von Zeit-, Kosten- und Qualitätszielen bei.

• Unterstützung bei der Erreichung der Projektziele in Bezug auf Zeit, Umfang, Kosten und Qualität

• Definition, Aufbau und Unterstützung der Projektorganisation und Projektteams

• Klärung von Zuständigkeiten, Verantwortlichkeiten und Schnittstellen

• Abstimmung mit internen Fachbereichen, Betreibern und weiteren Stakeholdern

• Entwicklung von Projektlösungen sowie Ausarbeitung und Bewertung von Varianten

• Erstellung von Entscheidungs- und Managementvorlagen

• Kostenüberwachung sowie Prüfung von Rechnungen

• Leistungsüberwachung, Meilensteintracking, Steuerung und Projekt-Reporting

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen, Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
  oder eine technische Berufsausbildung mit entsprechender Zusatzqualifikation (z. B. Techniker / Meister)

• Berufserfahrung im Bau-, Infrastruktur- oder Projektmanagement-Umfeld

• Erfahrung in Termin-, Kosten- und Leistungssteuerung

• Strukturierte, analytische und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise

• Organisations- und Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern

• Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Office-Tools; SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

In this role, you support construction and infrastructure projects where planning, cost control and execution come together.

Your tasks

• Support of construction and infrastructure projects to achieve schedule, scope, cost and quality targets

• Setup and support of project organizations and project teams

• Definition and clarification of roles, responsibilities and interfaces

• Coordination with internal departments, operators and stakeholders

• Development of project solutions and evaluation of alternatives

• Preparation of decision-making documents for management

• Cost monitoring and invoice verification

• Performance tracking, milestone control, project steering and reporting

Your profile

• Degree in architecture, civil engineering, engineering or a comparable field
  or a technical vocational background with additional project-related qualification

• Professional experience in construction, infrastructure or project management environments

• Experience in schedule, cost and performance control

• Structured, analytical and result-oriented working style

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Confident handling of common office tools; SAP experience is an advantage

• Business-fluent German and English skills
