Rollenüberblick
Sie arbeiten im Shop- und MRO-Umfeld an militärischen Luftfahrzeugen. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Montage, Modifikation, Instandsetzung und Prüfung von Kabinendach-Strukturen – inklusive Tätigkeiten mit Pyrotechnik.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Mechanische Montage, Einbauten, Modifikationen und Reparaturen am Kabinendach

• Glaswechsel, Instandsetzung und Dachaufrüstung im Shop-Umfeld

• Inspektions-, Prüf- und Testaufgaben sowie Beanstandungsbehebung

• Ein- und Ausgangskontrolle von Kabinendächern bei Luftfahrzeugen

• Umgang mit Pyrotechnik und Munition (z. B. Sprengschnur)

• Unterstützung angrenzender Bereiche bei Bedarf

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im mechanischen oder metallverarbeitenden Bereich

• Produktionserfahrung im industriellen Umfeld zwingend erforderlich

• Sorgfältige, qualitätsbewusste und verantwortungsvolle Arbeitsweise

• Teamfähigkeit und Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit

• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse

• Befähigung für den Umgang mit Pyrotechnik von Vorteil

Role overview
You will work on aircraft canopy structures in a production and MRO environment, including assembly, modification, inspection and repair tasks. The role includes activities involving pyrotechnic systems.

Your tasks

• Mechanical assembly, modification and repair of canopy structures

• Glass replacement and shop-based maintenance activities

• Inspection, testing and quality-related tasks

• Incoming and outgoing checks of aircraft canopy systems

• Handling of pyrotechnic components

• Support of adjacent technical areas if required

Your profile

• Completed vocational training in a mechanical or metalworking field

• Mandatory experience in industrial production environments

• Careful, quality-oriented and responsible working style

• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to work in shifts

• Fluent German and good English skills

• Authorization for handling pyrotechnics is a plus
