Für unseren Kunden AIRBUS suchen wir Sie als Disponent Materiallogistik (m/w/d) – PBL NH90.

Im Umfeld des Performance-Based-Logistics-Programms (PBL) für den NH90 stellen Sie die Materialverfügbarkeit für den Endnutzer sicher. Sie steuern Bedarfe, priorisieren Lieferungen nach Dringlichkeit, koordinieren den Materialfluss bis zum Empfänger und sind zentrale Schnittstelle zu Bundeswehr, NH90-Standorten und Lagerlogistik.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Verantwortung für die Materialverfügbarkeit zum Bedarfszeitpunkt des Endnutzers.

• Durchführung der Disposition auf logistischer Ebene 3 inkl. Bearbeitung und Priorisierung von Materialbedarfen.

• Überführung und Management von Kundenbedarfen aus SASPF in die SAP-Systemwelt von AHD.

• Zentrale Ansprechperson für den Kunden Bundeswehr, die LFRs an NH90-Standorten sowie das Hauptlager bei AHD für alle logistischen Belange.

• Management aller Lieferungen vom Central Stock NH90 (Donauwörth) an Bundeswehr-Standorte und das Hauptlager AHD.

• Kontrolle, Abfrage und Kommunikation von Lieferterminen an Bedarfsträger.

• Selbständige Priorisierung dringender Bedarfe und Überwachung des Materialflusses bis zum Empfänger.

• Koordination ein- und ausgehender Lieferungen inkl. Transportabwicklung.

• Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Non-Conformities sowie Einleitung notwendiger Maßnahmen.

• Bearbeitung nicht verwendungsfähigen Materials inkl. Einsteuerung geeigneter Maßnahmen zur Wiederherstellung der Verwendungsfähigkeit.

• Überwachung von Haltbarkeiten und Einleitung erforderlicher Maßnahmen.

• Einsteuerung und Überwachung von Reparaturmaßnahmen.

• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Prozessen, Quality- & Safety-Standards sowie relevanter Regelwerke.

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene technische, gewerbliche oder logistische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Meister/Techniker/Fachwirt/Betriebswirt oder vergleichbar.

• Umfangreiche einschlägige Berufserfahrung (mind. 3 Jahre) in Disposition/Materialbeschaffung, Supply Chain/Logistik oder Produktionsplanung- und steuerung.

• Praxis im Ersatzteil-/Materialmanagement sowie als technischer Sachbearbeiter wünschenswert.

• Zwingend erforderlich: Erfahrung mit militärischen Luftfahrzeugen, insbesondere NH90, und/oder Komponenten- bzw. Ersatzteilmanagement.

• Sehr gute SAP-Kenntnisse (Detailfunktionen), idealerweise zusätzlich Erfahrung mit SASPF.

• Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeit, hohe Eigenständigkeit und Anpassungsfähigkeit.

• Professionelle, positive Haltung sowie ausgeprägte Aviation-Safety- und Kundenorientierung.

• Deutsch auf Muttersprach-Niveau, Englisch verhandlungssicher.

Dispatcher Material Logistics (m/f/d) – PBL NH90 – AIRBUS

For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a Dispatcher Material Logistics (m/f/d) – PBL NH90.

Within the Performance Based Logistics (PBL) program for the NH90, you ensure material availability for the end user. You manage demands, prioritize deliveries by urgency, coordinate the material flow up to the recipient, and act as the key interface to the German Armed Forces, NH90 sites and central warehousing.

Your tasks

• Ensure material availability at the required time for the end user.

• Perform logistic level-3 disposition including processing and prioritizing material demands.

• Transfer and manage customer requirements from SASPF into the SAP system landscape of AHD.

• Act as central point of contact for the German Armed Forces, LFRs at NH90 sites and the AHD main warehouse for all logistical needs.

• Manage all deliveries from the NH90 Central Stock (Donauwörth) to Bundeswehr customer sites and the AHD main warehouse.

• Monitor requested delivery dates and communicate updates to demand owners.

• Independently prioritize urgent demands and track material flow until receipt.

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments including transport handling.

• Process complaints and non-conformities and initiate the necessary corrective actions.

• Handle non-usable material and trigger measures to restore usability.

• Monitor shelf life and initiate actions to maintain or recover usability.

• Initiate and monitor repair activities.

• Ensure compliance with processes, quality & safety standards and applicable regulations.

Your profile

• Completed technical, industrial or logistics-related vocational training with further qualification as master craftsman/technician/specialist or comparable.

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in disposition/material procurement, supply chain/logistics or production planning and control.

• Hands-on background in spare parts/material management and technical back-office support is desirable.

• Mandatory: experience with military aircraft (especially NH90) and/or component & spare-parts management.

• Strong SAP skills (incl. detailed functions); SASPF experience is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills, high level of independence and adaptability.

• Professional, positive mindset with strong aviation safety and customer focus.

• Native-level German; fluent business English.
