In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie technische Arbeiten am Hubschraubermodell NH90 im Bereich Mechanik und Hydraulik. Der Einsatz ist auch in Teilzeit möglich und umfasst Montage, Fehlersuche, Wartung, Prüfung und Dokumentation direkt am Luftfahrzeug.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Technische Betreuung im Bereich Mechanik und Hydraulik am Hubschraubermodell NH90
• Einbau von Komponenten sowie Durchführung von Montage-, Wartungs- und Inspektionstätigkeiten
• Unterstützung bei Fehlersuche, Basisprüfungen und Beschreibung von Fehlern im digitalen Fertigungssystem
• Abarbeitung digitaler Fertigungsaufträge mit Werkzeugen, Maschinen und Testequipment
• Umgang mit Bauunterlagen, Fertigungsvorschriften und fertigungsbegleitenden Dokumenten
• Sicherstellung von Konformität, regelkonformer Dokumentation und militärischer Bordbuchführung

Ihr Profil

• Ausbildung als Fluggerätmechaniker mit langjähriger Berufserfahrung oder KFZ-Mechatroniker mit Meisterqualifikation
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Fertigung oder Produktion in der Luft- und Raumfahrt
• Erfahrung in Wartung, Instandhaltung und Hydraulik
• Vertiefte Anwendungskenntnisse in MS Office und SAP
• Selbstständige, flexible und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Deutsch verhandlungssicher und Englisch mindestens fortgeschritten

In this role, you perform technical work on the NH90 helicopter in the areas of mechanics and hydraulics. The assignment is also possible on a part-time basis and includes assembly, troubleshooting, maintenance, testing and documentation directly on the aircraft.

Your tasks

• Provide technical support for mechanics and hydraulics on the NH90 helicopter
• Install components and perform assembly, maintenance and inspection tasks
• Support troubleshooting, basic checks and error descriptions in the digital production system
• Process digital production orders using tools, machines and test equipment
• Work with construction documents, production specifications and accompanying documentation
• Ensure conformity, compliant documentation and military aircraft logbook handling

Your profile

• Qualification as aircraft mechanic with long-standing experience or master qualification as automotive mechatronics technician
• Several years of experience in production or manufacturing in aerospace
• Experience in maintenance, repair and hydraulics
• Advanced user knowledge of MS Office and SAP
• Independent, flexible and team-oriented working style
• Business-fluent German and advanced English skills
