Sie arbeiten in der Türenmontage im Flugzeugbau. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Strukturarbeiten, Baugruppenmontage und der Integration mechanischer und elektrischer Komponenten.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Durchführen von Struktur- und Kinematikarbeiten an Flugzeugtüren

• Vernieten und Bearbeiten von Aluminium-Strukturen

• Montage von Baugruppen und Unterbaugruppen nach Vorgaben

• Integration elektrischer Komponenten inklusive Funktionsprüfung

• Selbstprüfung der montierten Baugruppen nach Zeichnung

• Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten gemäß Produktionsvorschriften

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fluggerätmechaniker, Industriemechaniker oder vergleichbar (m/w/d)

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Fertigung oder Flugzeugbau

• Erfahrung in der Montage von Metallstrukturen

• Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse

• Gute Englischkenntnisse

• Strukturierte und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise

You will work in aircraft door assembly within an aerospace production environment. The focus is on structural work, sub-assembly manufacturing and integration of mechanical and electrical components.

Your tasks

• Perform structural and kinematic work on aircraft doors

• Rivet and machine aluminum structures

• Assemble sub-assemblies according to production procedures

• Integrate electrical components and perform functional checks

• Conduct self-inspections in accordance with drawings

• Document all work steps in line with production standards

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as aircraft mechanic, industrial mechanic or similar

• Several years of experience in aerospace or mechanical production

• Experience in structural assembly and riveting

• Fluent German and good English skills

• Structured and quality-oriented working style

• Strong team mindset
