Qualitätsprüfer (m/w/d) – Fertigung & Produktion.

IHRE AUFGABEN

• In dieser Funktion führen Sie Qualitätsinspektionen, Erstmusterprüfungen und Funktionstests an Einzelteile und Baugruppen durch
• Zudem erstellen Sie die notwendige Lieferdokumentation
• Im Bedarfsfall erfassen und bearbeiten Sie die Beanstandungs-/Qualitätsmeldungen
• Sie stellen sicher, dass Eindämmungsmaßnahmen, sowie korrektive und präventive Aktionen von den verantwortlichen Abteilungen über multifunktionale Teams durchgeführt werden
• Sie tragen zur Sicherstellung des Produktionsablaufes durch schnelle Abarbeitung von Qualitätsproblemen und zur Vermeidung von Fremdkörperschäden bei
• Sie stellen die Operational Surveillance (Mitarbeiter, Produkte und Prozesse) für übertragene Aufgaben sicher
• Sie betreuen/coachen Produktionsmitarbeiter*innen mit L1/L2 Delegation

IHR PROFIL

Berufsausbildung

• Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (mindestens Meister, Techniker oder vergleichbar)

Berufserfahrung

• Fertigung / Produktion: mindestens 3 Jahre
• Qualitätssicherung: mindestens 3 Jahre

IT

• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
• SAP: vertiefte Anwendungskenntnisse
• Sicherer Umgang mit G-Suite

Sprachkenntnisse

• Deutsch: verhandlungssicher
• Englisch: versiert

Weitere Qualifikationen

• Sicheres Lesen und Verstehen von technischen Zeichnungen und Bauunterlagen

Quality Inspector (m/f/d) – Manufacturing & Production

Whether you have many years of experience, a specialized vocational qualification, or a solid technical background – we value motivation, team spirit, and expertise.


YOUR TASKS

• In this role, you will conduct quality inspections, initial sample inspections, and functional tests on individual parts and assemblies.
• You will also prepare the necessary delivery documentation.
• If necessary, you will record and process complaint/quality reports.
• You will ensure that containment measures, as well as corrective and preventive actions, are implemented by the responsible departments via multifunctional teams.
• You will contribute to ensuring the production process by quickly resolving quality issues and preventing foreign object damage.
• You will ensure operational surveillance (employees, products, and processes) for assigned tasks.
• You will supervise/coach production employees with L1/L2 delegation.

YOUR PROFILE

Vocational Training

• Completed technical training (at least master craftsman, technician, or equivalent)

Professional Experience

• Manufacturing/Production: at least 3 years
• Quality Assurance: at least 3 years

IT

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• SAP: in-depth application knowledge
• Confident use of G-Suite

Language Skills

• German: Fluent
• English: Proficient

Other Qualifications

• Confident reading and understanding of technical drawings and construction documents
