In dieser Rolle arbeiten Sie im Manufacturing Engineering für die A320 Final Assembly Line im Bereich Basis Electric. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Build-Prozessen, technischer Sequenzierung, Industrialisierung und der Übergabe neuer Prozesse an die Produktion.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Definition von Build-Prozessen für das Manufacturing Engineering
• Unterstützung von Co-Design- und Co-Industrialization-Aktivitäten
• Berechnung von Zeiten auf Operationsebene und Bewertung industrieller Anforderungen
• Beitrag zu Designphasen zur Berücksichtigung von Fertigungs- und Produktionsanforderungen
• Management technischer Sequenzen und Spezifikation von Betriebsmitteln, Vorrichtungen und Tools
• Begleitung von Erstinstallationen inklusive Shopfloor-Feedback und Produktionsübergabe

Ihr Profil

• Qualifikation als Techniker, Fachwirt oder Studium in Ingenieurwesen, Luft- und Raumfahrt oder Maschinenbau
• Erfahrung im Flugzeugbau, Interface Management und Manufacturing Engineering
• Vertiefte Kenntnisse in SAP, CATIA V5, Python, SQL oder Java
• Sicherer Umgang mit Google Workspace, insbesondere Google Sheets
• Gute Kenntnisse im Prozessmanagement; Kenntnisse in Datenanalyse sind von Vorteil
• Deutsch und Englisch mindestens verhandlungssicher, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil

In this role, you will work in manufacturing engineering for the A320 Final Assembly Line in the area of Basis Electric. The focus is on build processes, technical sequencing, industrialization and the handover of new processes to production.

Your tasks

• Define build processes for the manufacturing engineering department
• Support co-design and co-industrialization activities
• Calculate times at operation level and assess industrial requirements
• Contribute to design phases to ensure manufacturing and production needs are considered
• Manage technical sequencing and specify industrial assets, jigs, tools and machinery
• Support first installation with shopfloor feedback loops and production handover

Your profile

• Technician, business administrator or degree qualification in engineering, aerospace or mechanical engineering
• Experience in aircraft construction, interface management and manufacturing engineering
• Advanced knowledge of SAP, CATIA V5, Python, SQL or Java
• Confident use of Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets
• Good knowledge of process management; data analysis knowledge is an advantage
• German and English at least business fluent, French skills are an advantage
