Als Planer für die Neu- und Serienfertigung entwickeln Sie Produktionsprozesse weiter und optimieren die Herstellung von Montagebaugruppen. Sie verbinden Fertigungsplanung, Arbeitsvorbereitung und die Abstimmung zwischen Konstruktion und Produktion.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Produktionsprozesse optimieren und weiterentwickeln
• Fertigungs- und Fertigungsmittelpläne für die Herstellung von Montagebaugruppen erstellen, ändern und pflegen
• Fertigungsprobleme zwischen Konstruktion und Produktion koordinieren
• Fertigungsversuche planen, durchführen und auswerten
• KVP- und Cost-Improvement-Maßnahmen steuern
• Fertigungs- und Verfahrensvorschriften erstellen und aktualisieren
• Die termingerechte Bereitstellung von Komponenten sicherstellen
• Bei Kalkulationen sowie Fertigungs- und RATIO-Konzepten mitwirken
• Änderungen produktionsrelevanter Prozesse betreuen
• In bereichsübergreifenden Projekten und Optimierungsinitiativen mitarbeiten

Ihr Profil

• Qualifikation mindestens auf Techniker- oder Fachwirt-Niveau in Flugzeugbau, Luft- und Raumfahrt oder Maschinenbau oder ein Studium der Betriebswirtschaft mindestens auf Bachelor-Niveau
• Jeweils mehr als drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in Arbeitsvorbereitung, Manufacturing Engineering, Produktionsplanung und -steuerung, Projektmanagement sowie Strukturmontage
• Erfahrung in Produktionstechnik ist erforderlich
• Detaillierte Spezialkenntnisse in SAP, Kenntnisse der Detailfunktionen von SAP/R3 sowie Kenntnisse in Google Workspace
• Kenntnisse von SAP-HANA sind von Vorteil
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Fähigkeit, technische Zusammenhänge und Funktionsweisen schnell zu erkennen und zu analysieren; selbstständige, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise zur termingerechten Zielerreichung und effizienten Koordination von Arbeitsabläufen; ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten für die Zusammenarbeit mit Ansprechpartnern aller Ebenen

As a Planner for New and Series Production, you will develop and optimise production processes for manufacturing assembly groups. You will combine manufacturing planning, work preparation and coordination between design and production.

Your tasks

• Optimise and further develop production processes
• Create, modify and maintain manufacturing and production equipment plans for the manufacture of assembly groups
• Coordinate manufacturing issues between design and production
• Plan, conduct and evaluate manufacturing trials
• Manage continuous improvement (KVP) and cost improvement measures
• Create and update manufacturing and process instructions
• Ensure components are available on schedule
• Contribute to calculations as well as manufacturing and RATIO concepts
• Manage changes to production-related processes
• Participate in cross-functional projects and optimisation initiatives

Your profile

• Qualification at least at German Techniker or Fachwirt level in aircraft manufacturing, aerospace or mechanical engineering, or a degree in business administration at least at bachelor’s level
• More than three years of professional experience in each of the following fields: work preparation, Manufacturing Engineering, production planning and control, project management and structural assembly
• Experience in production engineering is required
• Detailed specialist knowledge of SAP, knowledge of detailed functions in SAP/R3 and knowledge of Google Workspace
• Knowledge of SAP-HANA is an advantage
• Business-fluent German and English
• Ability to quickly recognise and analyse technical relationships and operating principles; an independent, structured and results-oriented approach to meeting deadlines and coordinating workflows efficiently; strong communication skills for collaboration with contacts at all levels
