Sie unterstützen die Bereichsleitung im operativen Tagesgeschäft und sorgen für stabile Abläufe in einem technischen Umfeld. Die Rolle verbindet klassische Assistenzaufgaben mit Koordination, Priorisierung und Prozessunterstützung.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Koordination von Terminen, Meetings und Anfragen im Umfeld der Bereichsleitung
• Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Informationsflusses zu relevanten Schnittstellen
• Vorbereitung, Begleitung und Nachverfolgung von Terminen und Maßnahmen
• Abstimmung mit internen Ansprechpartnern, Assistenzfunktionen und Partnerbereichen
• Unterstützung bei der Strukturierung und Optimierung administrativer Abläufe
• Mitwirkung an einer effizienten und modernen Zusammenarbeit im Teamumfeld

Ihr Profil

• Kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Assistenz, Sachbearbeitung oder Bereichsorganisation
• Organisationstalent und sicherer Umgang mit mehreren Themen parallel
• Strukturierte, diskrete und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
• Kommunikationsstärke und souveränes Auftreten im beruflichen Umfeld
• Deutsch und Englisch jeweils verhandlungssicher

Your profile

• Commercial or technical training or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in assistance, administration or team support
• Strong organizational skills and confidence in handling multiple tasks
• Structured, discreet and self-reliant way of working
• Strong communication skills and a professional manner
• Business fluent German and English skills
