Elektrischer Designer COM/NAV-Integration (m/w/d) – AIRBUS

In dieser Rolle unterstützen Sie die elektrische Integration von COM/NAV-Systemen für kundenspezifische Hubschrauberanpassungen. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Wiring Diagrams, elektrischen Listen, Schnittstellenklärung, Fertigungsunterstützung und technischer Dokumentation.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Erstellung detaillierter Definitionen zur elektrischen Geräteintegration unter Berücksichtigung von Umgebung, Funktion und Schnittstellen
• Unterstützung beim Entwurf von Wiring Diagrams sowie Erstellung elektrischer Listen mit SEE und SAP
• Technische Unterstützung von Harness-Shop, Montagelinie, Musterbau und Final Assembly Line
• Betreuung von Demonstrationseinbauten inklusive Erstellung der Änderungsunterlagen
• Unterstützung bei Testszenarien, Fehleranalysen und Zuarbeit für Zulassungsunterlagen
• Koordination mit Fertigung, Arbeitsvorbereitung, internen Kunden, Lieferanten, Programm und Engineering

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik oder Luft- und Raumfahrt, mindestens Bachelor-Niveau
• Alternativ elektrotechnische Ausbildung mit Technikerweiterbildung und erweiterter einschlägiger Erfahrung
• Erfahrung in der Luft- und Raumfahrt sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse elektrischer Integration
• Sehr gute Erfahrung mit SEE sowie detaillierte Spezialkenntnisse in SAP
• Erfahrung mit Luftfahrtstandards, Zulassungsvorgängen und idealerweise Nectar
• Deutsch und Englisch jeweils mindestens verhandlungssicher

In this role, you will support the electrical integration of COM/NAV systems for customer-specific helicopter modifications. The focus is on wiring diagrams, electrical lists, interface clarification, production support and technical documentation.

Your tasks

• Create detailed definitions for electrical equipment integration considering environment, function and interfaces
• Support the design of wiring diagrams and create electrical lists using SEE and SAP
• Provide technical support to harness shop, assembly line, prototype build and final assembly line
• Support demonstration installations including preparation of change documentation
• Support test scenarios, failure analyses and input for certification documents
• Coordinate with production, work preparation, internal customers, suppliers, programme and engineering

Your profile

• Completed degree in electrical engineering or aerospace engineering, at least bachelor level
• Alternatively electrical vocational training with technician qualification and extended relevant experience
• Experience in aerospace and very good knowledge of electrical integration
• Very good experience with SEE and detailed specialist knowledge of SAP
• Experience with aviation standards, certification processes and ideally Nectar
• German and English skills at least at negotiation level
