AUFGABEN

Tätigkeitsbeschreibung im Bereich HFIB IM Business Management :

• Stetige inkrementelle Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung des Architekturentwicklungs-prozess / der einzelnen Architecture Development Method (ADM) Phasen
• Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung langfristiger IT-Strategien, die mit den übergeordneten Zielen des Unternehmens übereinstimmen. Dies beinhaltet neben Mitwirkung bei der Definition der Architekturprinzipien auch die Analyse der aktuellen IT-Landschaft und die Erstellung einer Roadmap für technologische Fortschritte
• Sicherstellung, dass IT-Projekte und -Systeme die Geschäftsziele effektiv unterstützen
• Unternehmensweiter Blick auf Geschäftsbereiche, deren Prozesse und Geschäftsfähigkeiten (Business Capabilities) sowie die Applikationslandschaft
• Professionelles Anforderungsmanagement und Erarbeitung von Detailkonzepten, welche die Geschäftsfähigkeiten des Unternehmens unterstützen
• Mitwirkung und Unterstützung eines ganzheitlichen IT Architecture Managements, u.a. durch Planung von Zielarchitekturen und Roadmapping
• Definition und Kommunikation von Policies zur Nutzung des Architektur Tools (LeanIX) sowie Überprüfung deren Einhaltung
• Verantwortung für IT-Architekturprozess in Projekten mit Bezug auf die Applikationslandschaft

QUALIFIKATIONEN

• Studium vergleichbarer Qualifikation mind. Bachelor-Studiengang oder der Wirtschaftsinformatik mind. Bachelor-Studiengan
• Erfahrung in fachlicher Führung von funktionsübergreifenden Teams wünschenswert
• Mehrjährige Jahre Erfahrungen im Bereich Enterprise Architecture Management (Business Architecture, Information System Architecture und Infrastructure Architecture) oder vergleichbare Erfahrungen erforderlich
• Mehrjährige Jahre Erfahrung IT Change Management und ITIL sind von Vorteil
• Fundierte TOGAF Kenntnisse wünschenswert
• Kenntnisse über LeanIX, Signavio und ServiceNow sind erforderlich
• Wissen über Design moderner (Cloud-)Architekturstile erforderlich
• IT: MS-Office mind. Kenntnis von Detailfunktionen
• Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch mind. verhandlungssicher, Englisch mind. verhandlungssicher

TASKS

Job description in the area of ??HFIB in Business Management:

• Continuous incremental development and optimization of the architecture development process / the individual Architecture Development Method (ADM) phases
• Support in the development of long-term IT strategies that align with the company's overarching goals. In addition to contributing to the definition of architectural principles, this includes analyzing the current IT landscape and creating a roadmap for technological advancements.
• Ensuring that IT projects and systems effectively support business objectives.
• A company-wide overview of business units, their processes, and business capabilities, as well as the application landscape.
• Professional requirements management and development of detailed concepts that support the company's business capabilities.
• Participation in and support of holistic IT architecture management, including through target architecture planning and roadmapping.
• Definition and communication of policies for the use of the architecture tool (LeanIX) and monitoring compliance.
• Responsibility for the IT architecture process in projects related to the application landscape.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Comparable degree (at least a Bachelor's degree) or a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems (at least a Bachelor's degree)
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams is desirable
• Several years of experience in Enterprise Architecture Management (Business Architecture, Information System Architecture, and Infrastructure Architecture) or comparable experience is required
• Several years of experience in IT Change Management and ITIL is an advantage
• Profound TOGAF knowledge is desirable
• Knowledge of LeanIX, Signavio, and ServiceNow is required
• Knowledge of modern (cloud) architectural design styles is required
• IT: MS Office, at least knowledge of detailed functions
• Language skills: At least fluent in German, at least fluent in English
