Offering and Pricing Manager Services (m/w/d) – AIRBUS

For more than 25 years, HESYS Engineering has connected technical specialists with demanding assignments for customers in aerospace, defence and high-tech. For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a suitable candidate.

In this role, you work in a transnational offering and pricing team for Airbus Services. The focus is on commercial offer preparation, pricing strategy, contract documentation, commercial risk evaluation and coordination with business lines, contracts and regional sales teams.

Your tasks

• Draft and amend individual service upgrade sales contract documents in line with agreed obligations
• Ensure contractual obligations, revenues, profitability and risks are commercially aligned
• Establish pricing strategies based on value proposition, risks and approval requirements
• Prepare strong business cases for commercial offers and support financial decision-making
• Collaborate with business lines, contracts and regional sales teams during offer preparation
• Evaluate commercial risks, key financial data and customer-related market insights

Your profile

• Degree in engineering, business administration or a comparable field
• More than 2 years of experience in finance, customer service or project management
• Experience in contracts, marketing or pricing is beneficial
• International working experience is a strong plus
• Confident use of Google Workspace with strong analytical skills and good numerical understanding
• Business-fluent English skills; Spanish knowledge is nice to have
