System Integration Test Engineer Avionik (m/w/d) – AIRBUS

In dieser Rolle unterstützen Sie die Systemintegration und Verifikation unterschiedlicher Hubschraubersysteme. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Avionik, Testplanung, Integrationsprozessen und der Erstellung zertifizierungsrelevanter Dokumentation.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Definition, Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Verifikations- und Integrationsplänen
• Erstellung und Durchführung von Testprozeduren für Hubschraubersysteme
• Unterstützung von System-Reviews, Boden- und Flugtests sowie Entwicklungsbereichen
• Erstellung von Dokumenten für Validierung, Verifikation, Qualifikation und Zertifizierung
• Definition funktionaler Anforderungen für Systemtestanlagen und unterstützende Testmittel
• Verbesserung von Integrationsmethoden und Prozessen sowie Unterstützung bei Rig-Tests

Ihr Profil

• Bachelorstudium in Elektrotechnik, Luft- und Raumfahrt oder vergleichbarem Studiengang
• Alternativ technische Berufsausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker und erweiterter Erfahrung
• Grundkenntnisse in Embedded Systems im Luftfahrtumfeld
• Kenntnisse in System Integration & Test, ARINC, MIL-Bus oder ARINC 653 sind von Vorteil
• Erfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie starke Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• Englisch mindestens verhandlungssicher, Deutsch mindestens Anfängerkenntnisse; Französisch von Vorteil

HESYS Engineering has been a specialized engineering service provider in aerospace and high-tech for more than 25 years. We support demanding technical projects with clear structures and personal guidance. For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a suitable candidate.

In this role, you will support system integration and verification activities for different helicopter systems. The focus is on avionics, test planning, integration processes and certification-relevant documentation.

Your tasks

• Define, prepare and execute verification and integration plans
• Create and perform test procedures for helicopter systems
• Support system reviews, ground tests, flight tests and development departments
• Prepare documents for validation, verification, qualification and certification
• Define functional requirements for system test facilities and support tools
• Improve integration methods and processes and support rig test coordination

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, aerospace engineering or a comparable field
• Alternatively, technical vocational training with technician qualification and extended experience
• Basic knowledge of embedded systems in an aviation environment
• Knowledge of system integration & test, ARINC, MIL-Bus or ARINC 653 would be beneficial
• Project management experience and strong teamwork and communication skills
• Business-fluent English, basic German skills; French would be beneficial
