In dieser Rolle steuern Sie Bau- und Infrastrukturprojekte im industriellen Umfeld. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Projektierung, Realisierung, Budgetsteuerung, Dienstleisterkoordination und Bauausführung nach HOAI-Leistungsphasen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Projektierung und Realisierung von Investitionen in Bauwesen, Liegenschaften und technischer Gebäudeausrüstung
• Steuerung von Bauprojekten entlang der HOAI-Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9
• Planung finanzieller Mittel und Unterstützung der OP-Planung für Infrastrukturmaßnahmen
• Beauftragung und Koordination externer Dienstleister und Fachplaner
• Überwachung von Baufortschritt, Qualität, Mängelmanagement und Bauverfahren
• Projektmanagement, Budgetcontrolling, Dokumentation und Abstimmung mit internen Kunden

Ihr Profil

• Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Erfahrung im Engineering, Projektmanagement oder industriellen Bauumfeld
• Kenntnisse im Industriebau sowie im Bauen im Bestand
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in HOAI, AHO, VOB, BaustellV, RAB sowie relevanten Bauvorschriften
• Vertiefte Kenntnisse in MS Office, SAP und GSuite
• Deutsch verhandlungssicher und Englisch fortgeschritten

In this role, you manage construction and infrastructure projects in an industrial environment. The focus is on project planning, implementation, budget control, service provider coordination and construction execution according to HOAI project phases.

Your tasks

• Plan and implement investments in construction, real estate and technical building equipment
• Manage construction projects along HOAI project phases 1 to 9
• Support financial planning and OP planning for infrastructure measures
• Commission and coordinate external service providers and specialist planners
• Monitor construction progress, quality, defect management and construction methods
• Manage projects, budgets, documentation and coordination with internal customers

Your profile

• Degree in civil engineering or comparable qualification
• Experience in engineering, project management or industrial construction environments
• Knowledge of industrial construction and construction work in existing buildings
• Sound knowledge of HOAI, AHO, VOB, BaustellV, RAB and relevant construction regulations
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, SAP and GSuite
• Business-fluent German and advanced English skills
