Sie übernehmen eine zentrale Rolle in der Qualitätsprüfung von Luftfahrtteilen und stellen sicher, dass Materialien und Komponenten den Anforderungen der Luftfahrtindustrie entsprechen. Die Tätigkeit verbindet technische Prüfung, Dokumentationskontrolle und die Freigabe von Bauteilen im Qualitätsprozess.

Ihre Aufgaben
• Durchführung detaillierter physischer und dokumentarischer Prüfungen von Luftfahrtmaterialien
• Ausstellung von Authorized Release Certificates (EASA Form 1) gemäß Part 21G
• Prüfung eingehender Lieferungen und Abgleich mit Dokumentation und Anforderungen
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung luftfahrtspezifischer Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards
• Identifikation und Dokumentation von Abweichungen sowie Abstimmung von Lösungen
• Zusammenarbeit mit Logistik, Qualitätssicherung und weiteren Fachbereichen

Ihr Profil
• Technische Ausbildung, Techniker, Fachwirt oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Erfahrung in Logistik, Qualitätssicherung oder Qualitätsmanagement
• Kenntnisse in der Qualitätsprüfung von eingehenden oder ausgehenden Waren von Vorteil
• Gute Kenntnisse in SAP sowie sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Arbeitsmitteln
• Analytische Arbeitsweise sowie strukturierte und sorgfältige Vorgehensweise
• Deutsch verhandlungssicher und Englisch versiert

You will play a key role in the quality inspection of aviation parts and ensure that materials and components meet strict aviation industry standards. The role combines technical inspection, documentation control and the release of components within the quality process.

Your tasks
• Perform detailed physical and documentary inspections of aviation materials
• Issue Authorized Release Certificates (EASA Form 1) in accordance with Part 21G
• Verify incoming shipments and ensure compliance with documentation and requirements
• Ensure compliance with aviation quality and safety standards
• Identify and document non-conformances and coordinate corrective actions
• Work closely with logistics, quality assurance and related departments

Your profile
• Technical qualification such as technician, specialist qualification or comparable background
• Experience in logistics, quality assurance or quality management
• Experience in quality inspection of incoming or outgoing goods is an advantage
• Good knowledge of SAP and confidence in digital working environments
• Analytical mindset and structured, detail-oriented working style
• Fluent German and advanced English skills
