In dieser Rolle analysieren und standardisieren Sie Logistik-Kennzahlen im Performance Management. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf KPI-Konzepten, Datenanalysen, SAP-gestützter Auswertung, Management-Reporting und der Ableitung konkreter Optimierungspotenziale.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Fachliche Betreuung zuständiger Standorte im Logistik- und Performance-Management-Umfeld
• Erarbeitung und Implementierung von Konzepten zur Standardisierung von Logistik-KPIs
• Durchführung von Datenanalysen zur Identifizierung von Optimierungspotenzialen
• Steuerung von Eskalationsprozessen im Customer Support
• Erstellung von Management-Präsentationen und Unterstützung beim Aufbau von Leistungsindikatoren
• Entwicklung von Handlungsempfehlungen auf Basis von SAP- und Systemdatenanalysen

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Supply Chain, Logistics, Supply Chain Quality oder vergleichbar
• Berufserfahrung im Bereich Supply Chain, Logistics oder Performance Management
• Gute Kenntnisse in Logistikprozessen und fundierte IT-Kenntnisse in Materialwirtschaftssystemen
• Vertiefte SAP-Anwendungskenntnisse sowie erweiterte Kenntnisse in Qlik Sense
• Erfahrung in fachlicher Führung von Mitarbeitenden wünschenswert
• Deutsch verhandlungssicher und Englisch fortgeschritten

In this role, you analyze and standardize logistics indicators in performance management. The focus is on KPI concepts, data analysis, SAP-based evaluations, management reporting and the derivation of concrete optimization potential.

Your tasks

• Provide functional support for assigned sites in logistics and performance management
• Develop and implement concepts for standardizing logistics KPIs
• Perform data analyses to identify optimization potential
• Manage escalation processes in customer support
• Prepare management presentations and support the development of performance indicators
• Develop recommendations based on SAP and system data analyses

Your profile

• Completed degree in computer science, supply chain, logistics, supply chain quality or comparable field
• Professional experience in supply chain, logistics or performance management
• Good knowledge of logistics processes and sound IT knowledge in material management systems
• Advanced SAP application knowledge and extended knowledge of Qlik Sense
• Experience in functional leadership is desirable
• Business-fluent German and advanced English skills
