Für unseren Kunden AIRBUS suchen wir Sie als Manufacturing Engineer (m/w/d) – Metallic Speed Shop / Fertigungstechnik – AIRBUS.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Erstellung von Arbeitsplänen und Stücklisten in SAP gemäß konstruktiver Vorgaben im Bereich metallischer Einzelteile und Baugruppen (Schwerpunkt Zerspanung)

• Projektbegleitung von Musterbau-, Prototypen- und Kleinserienprojekten

• Ganzheitliche Verantwortung für die OTOCOQ-Lieferung (On Time, On Cost, On Quality) der betreuten Bauteile

• Eigenständige Make-or-Buy-Entscheidungen und Abwicklung des Beschaffungsprozesses

• Fertigungstechnische Unterstützung der Konstruktionsabteilung bei Entwicklungsprojekten

• Prüfung von Bauunterlagen und Fertigungsvorschriften auf Optimierungspotenzial und Umsetzbarkeit

• Koordination der Schnittstellen zwischen Arbeitsvorbereitung, Engineering, Qualitätssicherung und Fertigungssteuerung

• Kalkulation von Vorgabezeiten und Unterstützung bei Angebotskalkulationen

• Beauftragung und Betreuung von Modifikationen und Fertigungshilfsmitteln

• Leitung und Mitarbeit bei kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprojekten

• Analyse und Reduktion technischer Mehraufwände in der Fertigung

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich

  • Ingenieurwesen, Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik oder Maschinenbau (mind. Bachelor)

  • alternativ Abschluss als Techniker oder Meister mit einschlägiger Erfahrung

• Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Arbeitsvorbereitung, Engineering oder Luftfahrtmechanik

• Idealerweise praktische Erfahrung mit Bohrprozessen in der Luftfahrt

• Sicherer Umgang mit SAP und MS Office

• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (verhandlungssicher), gute Englischkenntnisse (versiert)

• Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

• Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ausgeprägte Servicementalität

• Motivation zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit

For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer (f/m/d) – Metallic Speed Shop / Production Engineering – AIRBUS.

Your tasks

• Create work plans and bills of materials (BOM) in SAP according to design specifications in the field of metallic components and assemblies (focus on machining)

• Manage prototype, mock-up, and small-series manufacturing projects

• Take full responsibility for OTOCOQ delivery (On Time, On Cost, On Quality)

• Make independent make-or-buy decisions and manage procurement activities

• Support the design department with manufacturing expertise during development

• Review technical documentation and manufacturing instructions for feasibility and optimization

• Coordinate between production planning, engineering, quality assurance, and production control

• Perform time calculations and cost estimation

• Define and manage manufacturing aids and modifications

• Lead and contribute to continuous improvement projects

• Analyze and reduce technical deviations and rework in manufacturing

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aerospace, or Mechanical Engineering

  • alternatively, qualification as a Technician or Master Craftsman with relevant experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning, engineering, or aerospace manufacturing

• Ideally, practical experience with drilling processes in aviation

• Proficient in SAP and MS Office

• Fluent in German, good English skills

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

• Independent, structured and service-oriented work style

• Continuous improvement mindset and cross-functional collaboration skills
