In dieser Rolle betreuen Sie moderne IT-Infrastruktursysteme im laufenden Betrieb. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Systemadministration, L1-/L2-Support, Infrastruktur-Monitoring, Usermanagement und der Sicherstellung stabiler Hard- und Softwareumgebungen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Management moderner IT-Systeme sowie Troubleshooting und Behebung von Störungen
• Analyse und Bearbeitung von Systemfehlern im L1- und L2-Support
• Weiterentwicklung, Implementierung und Monitoring der IT-Infrastruktur
• Installation, Inbetriebnahme und Dokumentation von Infrastruktursystemen
• Sicherstellung des Betriebs von Hard- und Software inklusive manueller und automatischer Updates
• Usermanagement, Asset- und Infrastrukturmanagement sowie Incident-Kommunikation

Ihr Profil

• Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker, langjährige relevante Berufserfahrung oder Studium der Informatik/Wirtschaftsinformatik
• Erfahrung mit Netzwerken, Servern und Betriebssystemen
• Kenntnisse in der Konfiguration von Switches
• Kenntnisse in Windows- und Linux-Infrastrukturen
• Virtualisierungskenntnisse und CCNA-Zertifizierung von Vorteil
• Deutsch verhandlungssicher und Englisch versiert

In this role, you support modern IT infrastructure systems in operational environments. The focus is on system administration, L1/L2 support, infrastructure monitoring, user management and stable hardware and software operations.

Your tasks

• Manage modern IT systems and handle troubleshooting and fault resolution
• Analyze and resolve system issues in L1 and L2 support
• Further develop, implement and monitor IT infrastructure
• Install, commission and document infrastructure systems
• Ensure operation of hardware and software including manual and automated updates
• Handle user management, asset and infrastructure management and incident communication

Your profile

• Vocational training as an IT specialist, long-term relevant experience or degree in computer science/business informatics
• Experience with networks, servers and operating systems
• Knowledge of switch configuration
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux infrastructures
• Virtualization knowledge and CCNA certification are beneficial
• Business-fluent German and advanced English skills
