In dieser Rolle unterstützen Sie die Montage und Reparatur von Flugzeugstrukturen und arbeiten direkt in der Produktion an unterschiedlichen Bauplätzen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Durchführung von Reparaturarbeiten an Flugzeugstrukturen (z. B. Außenhaut)

• Vorbereitung von Aufträgen, Zeichnungen sowie Arbeitsplätzen und Bauteilen

• Prüfen und Bereitstellen von Fertigungshilfsmitteln und Arbeitsmitteln

• Positionieren, Fixieren und Montieren von Bauteilen und Baugruppen

• Dokumentation der durchgeführten Montageschritte nach Vorgaben

• Flexibler Einsatz an verschiedenen Bauplätzen innerhalb des Arbeitsbereichs

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im metallverarbeitenden oder luftfahrttechnischen Bereich

• Erfahrung in Strukturmontage, Mechanik oder Produktion von Vorteil

• Qualitätsbewusstsein, Belastbarkeit und Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit

• Teamgeist und aktive Mitarbeit im Produktionsumfeld

• Flexibilität für wechselnde Aufgaben innerhalb der Fertigung

• Gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie Luftfahrtkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt

In this role, you support aircraft structure assembly and repair activities directly within the production environment.

Your tasks

• Performing repair work on aircraft structures (e.g. outer skin damages)

• Preparing work orders, drawings, workstations and required parts

• Checking and providing production tools and equipment

• Positioning, fixing and assembling parts and structural components

• Documenting completed assembly steps according to defined standards

• Working flexibly at different assembly stations within the production area

Your profile

• Completed vocational training in aviation mechanics or metalworking professions

• Experience in structural assembly, mechanics or production is an advantage

• High quality mindset, resilience and willingness to work in shift systems

• Team spirit and proactive involvement in production tasks

• Flexibility to support different assembly stations and activities

• Good German language skills and aviation experience are required
