In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie die Koordination von Arbeitspaketen und produktionsnahen Abläufen in der Final Assembly Line. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Produktionssteuerung, Teamkoordination, Lieferperformance, Störungsmanagement und Schnittstellenarbeit im Flugzeugbau.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Planung und Koordination von Arbeitspaketen im Produktionsumfeld
• Fachliche Koordination des Teams sowie Betreuung zu produktionsnahen Themen
• Vorbereitung, Koordination und Moderation von Produktionsbesprechungen
• Abstimmung, Monitoring und Nachverfolgung themenspezifischer Ziele
• Einleitung von Maßnahmen zur Beseitigung interner und externer Störungen
• Monitoring, Controlling und Risikobewertung der Lieferperformance inklusive Reporting

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Ingenieurwesen, in Luft- und Raumfahrt oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Arbeitsvorbereitung, Fertigung, Produktionsplanung oder Manufacturing Engineering
• Fundierte Luftfahrterfahrung und Kenntnisse von Produktionsprozessen im Flugzeugbau
• SAP-Kenntnisse, Google-Workspace-Erfahrung sowie idealerweise Kenntnisse in Skywise
• Grundkenntnisse in Projektmanagement und Prozessmanagement
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie strukturierte Arbeitsweise

In this role, you will coordinate work packages and production-related activities in the final assembly line. The focus is on production control, team coordination, delivery performance, disruption management and interface coordination in aircraft manufacturing.

Your tasks

• Plan and coordinate work packages in a production environment
• Coordinate the team from a technical perspective and support production-related topics
• Prepare, coordinate and moderate production meetings
• Align, monitor and follow up topic-specific targets
• Initiate measures to resolve internal and external disruptions
• Monitor, control and assess delivery performance risks including reporting

Your profile

• Degree in engineering, aerospace engineering or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in work preparation, manufacturing, production planning or manufacturing engineering
• Sound aviation experience and knowledge of aircraft production processes
• SAP knowledge, Google Workspace experience and ideally knowledge of Skywise
• Basic knowledge of project management and process management
• Business-fluent German and English skills with a structured working style
