Fertigungssteuerer Production Control (m/w/d) – AIRBUS

In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie Aufgaben in der Fertigungssteuerung mit Fokus auf Materialverfügbarkeit, Fertigungsaufträge, Bestandsmanagement und WIP-Steuerung. Sie arbeiten eng mit Logistik, Disposition, Einkauf, Arbeitsvorbereitung und Fertigung zusammen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Steuerung des Tagesgeschäfts in der Fertigungssteuerung gemäß SAP-Terminplan
• Sicherstellung der Materialverfügbarkeit in der Produktionslinie und Behebung von Fehlteilsituationen
• Start, Nachverfolgung und Terminsteuerung von Fertigungsaufträgen
• Koordination logistischer Unterauftragnehmer und Abstimmung von Lieferterminen
• Auswertung von Beständen, Identifikation von Non-Movern und Nachverfolgung von Maßnahmen
• Unterstützung von Inventuren, Materialbuchungen und Systembereinigungen in SAP

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker, Meister oder Fachwirt
• Hintergrund z. B. als Fluggerätmechaniker, Logistikfachkraft, Mechatroniker oder kaufmännisch-gewerblich
• Erste Erfahrung in Fertigung, Produktion, Fertigungsplanung oder Produktionssteuerung
• Kenntnisse in SAP, MS Excel und MS Office, idealerweise mit Detailfunktionen
• Kenntnisse im Luftfahrtumfeld oder bei Airbus sind von Vorteil
• Deutsch verhandlungssicher und Englisch fortgeschritten sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit

HESYS has 25 years of experience in technical project environments. The focus is on aerospace & high-tech with specialized assignments directly at the customer.For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a suitable candidate.

In this role, you support production control with a focus on material availability, manufacturing orders, inventory management and WIP control. You work closely with logistics, material planning, purchasing, work preparation and production teams.

Your tasks

• Manage daily production control activities according to the SAP schedule
• Ensure material availability on the production line and resolve missing-part situations
• Launch, track and schedule manufacturing orders
• Coordinate logistics subcontractors and align delivery-related topics
• Analyze inventories, identify non-movers and follow up on required actions
• Support inventories, material bookings and system clean-up activities in SAP

Your profile

• Completed vocational training with further qualification as technician, master craftsman or specialist
• Background e.g. as aircraft mechanic, logistics specialist, mechatronics technician or commercial/technical profile
• Initial experience in manufacturing, production, production planning or production control
• Knowledge of SAP, MS Excel and MS Office, ideally including detailed functions
• Knowledge of aviation or Airbus environments is an advantage
• Business-fluent German and advanced English with good communication skills
