Digital Project Manager & Product Owner A320 Family (m/w/d) – AIRBUS

For more than 25 years, HESYS Engineering has connected technical specialists with demanding assignments for customers in aerospace, defence and high-tech. For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a suitable candidate.

As a Digital Project Manager Business Partner, you will manage transversal projects within the A320 Family department. Your focus will be on end-to-end ownership of digital tools, the development of Skywise-based solutions, and data analytics for project and performance management.

Your tasks

• Serve as Product Owner for active digital applications and tools in development, with complete end-to-end responsibility
• Lead the development of new Skywise-based digital solutions for the project and performance management community
• Advise internal clients on digital projects and translate their needs into clear user stories
• Guide and supervise external digital subcontractors, oversee development activities, and take responsibility for delivering new features
• Encourage collaboration across multi-functional groups through effective stakeholder and change management
• Work with international teams across the Central Programme PM Office to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Gather, analyze, visualize, and present Skywise data to provide key insights, dashboards, performance analyses, reports, and business recommendations
• Analyze key performance metrics to support transparency and performance improvement
• Support activities that enhance data quality, consistency, and flow across systems
• Manage central team datasets, analytics folders, data products, and data ontology

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, a technical discipline, or business informatics
• More than three years of professional experience in IT / information systems and more than three years in project management
• Good project management knowledge; strong Skywise knowledge is mandatory
• Python knowledge covering detailed functions and knowledge of Google Workspace
• Product Owner experience and/or data analytics experience is a plus
• Knowledge of project or product management environments using waterfall, agile, or hybrid methods is a plus; Jira knowledge is a plus
• Negotiation-level English; German/French language skills are a plus
• Ability to lead, guide, and empower multi-functional and international teams through change
• Strong analytical mindset, self-motivation, resilience, and a hands-on approach to solving problems
• Curious, flexible, and innovative team player who enjoys continuous learning and sharing ideas
• Ability to simplify complex topics and communicate clearly
