In dieser Rolle koordinieren Sie die Lieferkette im Kabinenumfeld, stellen Transparenz sicher und sorgen gemeinsam mit internen und externen Partnern für eine stabile Materialversorgung.

Kurzbeschreibung der Rolle

Sie sind zentrale Koordinationsstelle der Supply Chain, überwachen die Performance, lösen operative Probleme und steuern Maßnahmen zur Sicherstellung einer zuverlässigen Versorgung.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Zentrale Koordination zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Supply-Chain-Betriebs

• Tägliches Monitoring der Supply-Chain-Performance und Herstellung vollständiger Transparenz

• Lösungsorientierte Klärung von Konflikten bei Wareneingang, internem Transport und Versand

• Aktive Koordination und Umsetzung von Reverse-Logistics-Prozessen

• Bestandsmanagement in enger Abstimmung mit Lieferanten und internen Kunden

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit externen Lieferanten sowie internen, funktionsübergreifenden Bereichen

• Gemeinsame Umsetzung präventiver Maßnahmen zur Stabilisierung der Lieferkette

• Analyse von Verzögerungen und eigenständige Priorisierung dringender Aufgaben

• Steuerung kurz- und langfristiger operativer Maßnahmen (z. B. Logistikverbesserungen, Engpassmanagement)

Ihr Profil

• Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge und Funktionsprinzipien schnell zu erkennen und zu analysieren

• Selbstständige, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise

• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit im Umgang mit Stakeholdern aller Ebenen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Ingenieurwesen, Supply Chain/Logistik oder der Betriebswirtschaft (Bachelor oder vergleichbar)

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Disposition/Materialbeschaffung, Einkauf, Customer Service oder Projektmanagement

• Sicherer Umgang mit SAP/R3 und Google Workspace

• Deutschkenntnisse auf Grundlagenniveau

• Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse

• Französisch- oder Spanischkenntnisse von Vorteil

In this role, you coordinate the cabin supply chain, ensure transparency and work closely with internal and external partners to maintain a reliable material flow.

Role summary

You act as the central coordinator of the supply chain, monitor performance, resolve operational issues and manage measures to ensure supply reliability.

Your tasks

• Acting as the central coordinator to ensure smooth end-to-end supply chain operations

• Daily monitoring of supply chain performance to ensure full transparency

• Serving as the primary problem solver for issues related to goods receipt, internal transport and shipping

• Active coordination and execution of reverse logistics processes

• Managing inventory levels in close alignment with suppliers and internal customers

• Close collaboration with external suppliers and internal cross-functional departments

• Joint implementation of preventive measures to ensure a reliable supply chain

• Analysis of delays and independent prioritization of urgent tasks

• Management of short- and long-term operational measures (e.g. logistics improvements, shortage management)

Your profile

• Ability to quickly identify and analyze complex relationships and functional principles

• Independent, structured and results-oriented working style

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels

• University degree in engineering, supply chain/logistics or business administration (Bachelor or equivalent)

• Several years of professional experience in material disposition, procurement, customer service or project management

• Advanced user knowledge of SAP/R3 and confident use of Google Workspace

• Basic German language skills

• Fluent English skills

• French or Spanish language skills are an advantage
