Supply Officer Eurodrone (m/w/d) – AIRBUS

In dieser Rolle unterstützen Sie das Supply Chain Management im Eurodrone-Umfeld. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Beschaffung, Materialversorgung, Bestellabwicklung und der operativen Koordination mit internen und externen Schnittstellen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Supply Chain Focal Point für Eurodrone-Aktivitäten im Prototypen- und Serienumfeld
• Platzierung und Nachverfolgung von Bestellungen für NRC- und RC-Bedarfe
• Abstimmung mit Produktion, Arbeitsplanung, strategischem Einkauf, Exportkontrolle und Lieferanten
• Sicherstellung der Materialversorgung durch Beschaffungs-, Bestands- und Reichweitenmanagement
• Priorisierung operativer Dringlichkeiten für Montagelinien und Kundensupport
• Bearbeitung von Bestelldaten in SAP sowie Prüfung und Freigabe von Lieferantenrechnungen

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Supply Chain, Logistik, BWL oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Supply Chain Management und im Projektmanagement
• Detaillierte Kenntnisse in MS Office sowie gute SAP-Kenntnisse, idealerweise SAP OP3/LM3
• Kenntnisse in MySupply und AirSupply sind von Vorteil
• Selbständige, gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
• Deutsch und Englisch jeweils mindestens verhandlungssicher

In this role, you will support supply chain management activities in the Eurodrone environment. The focus is on procurement, material availability, order handling and operational coordination with internal and external interfaces.

Your tasks

• Act as Supply Chain Focal Point for Eurodrone activities in prototype and serial production
• Place and follow up purchase orders for NRC and RC requirements
• Coordinate with production, work preparation, strategic procurement, export control and suppliers
• Ensure material availability through procurement, inventory and coverage management
• Prioritize daily operational urgencies for assembly lines and customer support
• Maintain order-related data in SAP and support supplier invoice checks and approvals

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain, logistics, business administration or economics
• Several years of experience in supply chain management and project management
• Detailed MS Office skills and good SAP knowledge, ideally SAP OP3/LM3
• Knowledge of MySupply and AirSupply would be beneficial
• Independent, careful working style with strong teamwork skills
• Business-fluent German and English skills
