In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie die Instrumentierung und Verkabelung von Versuchshubschraubern der Muster Tiger und NH90. Sie installieren, kalibrieren und betreuen Messanlagen und Sensorik im Flugbetrieb sowie bei externen, teilweise internationalen Erprobungskampagnen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Instrumentierung und Verkabelung von Versuchshubschraubern der Muster Tiger und NH90
• Aufbau und Einbau von Messanlagen
• Anbringung und Kalibrierung von Sensorik einschließlich Dehnmessstreifen
• Betreuung von Messanlagen im Flugbetrieb am Standort sowie bei externen, teilweise internationalen Kampagnen
• Anwendung von Messtechnik, insbesondere im Bereich analoger und digitaler Elektronik

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Elektriker, Elektroniker für luftfahrttechnische Systeme beziehungsweise Fluggerätelektroniker oder Mechatroniker mit Weiterbildung mindestens zum Techniker oder Fachwirt
• Alternativ abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium in Elektrotechnik, Luft- und Raumfahrt, Mechatronik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
• Mehr als drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Automobilbereich oder Fahrzeugbau, in Elektrotechnik oder Elektronik, im Flugzeugbau, in Forschung und Entwicklung, im Bereich Jigs & Tools, in Luft- und Raumfahrt, Mechatronik, Messtechnik, Raumfahrt sowie Wartung oder Instandhaltung
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; Französisch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau kann als gleichwertiger Ersatz für Deutsch berücksichtigt werden
• Interkulturelle Kompetenz, Engagement und Kommunikationsstärke
• Teamfähigkeit und Organisationsgeschick

For more than 25 years, HESYS Engineering has connected technical specialists with demanding assignments for customers in aerospace, defence and high-tech. For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a suitable candidate.

In this role, you are responsible for the instrumentation and wiring of Tiger and NH90 test helicopters. You install, calibrate and support measurement systems and sensors during flight operations and external, partly international test campaigns.

Your tasks

• Instrument and wire Tiger and NH90 test helicopters
• Assemble and install measurement systems
• Install and calibrate sensors, including strain gauges
• Support measurement systems during flight operations at the site and during external, partly international campaigns
• Apply measurement technology, particularly in the field of analogue and digital electronics

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as an electrician, electronics technician for aeronautical systems or aircraft electronics technician, or mechatronics technician, with further qualification at least as a state-certified technician or specialist
• Alternatively, completed Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, mechatronics or a comparable field
• More than three years of professional experience in the automotive or vehicle construction sector, electrical engineering or electronics, aircraft construction, research and development, Jigs & Tools, aerospace, mechatronics, measurement technology, space engineering, and maintenance or repair
• Business-fluent German and English skills; native-level French may be considered an equivalent substitute for German
• Intercultural competence, commitment and strong communication skills
• Teamwork and organisational skills
