In dieser Rolle unterstützen Sie den Aufbau, Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung von IAM-Lösungen im Microsoft-Identity-Umfeld. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Architektur, Betrieb, Dokumentation, technischer Beratung und Automatisierung in komplexen IT-Infrastrukturen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Aufbau von Designs, Architekturen und Lösungen für nationale IAM-Projekte
• Betrieb von IAM-Lösungen inklusive Monitoring, Tickets, Changes und Backup/Recovery
• Aktualisierung von Projekt- und Betriebsdokumentationen zu Designs und Architekturen
• Fachliche Beratung zu eingesetzten Technologien, Methoden und IAM-Lösungen
• Unterstützung operativer Teams bei Technologien, Methodiken und Verbesserungen
• Ableitung von Empfehlungen zur Anpassung von Designs, Architekturen und Prozessen

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich IAM und IT-Infrastruktur
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft Identity-Lösungen, insbesondere MIM und FIM
• Sicherer Umgang mit Active Directory, LDAP sowie Benutzer- und Gruppenmanagement
• Erfahrung mit Windows Servern, PowerShell-Scripting und MS-SQL-Datenbanksystemen
• Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher

In this role, you support the design, operation and further development of IAM solutions in a Microsoft Identity environment. The focus is on architecture, operations, documentation, technical consulting and automation in complex IT infrastructures.

Your tasks

• Create designs, architectures and solutions for national IAM projects
• Operate IAM solutions including monitoring, tickets, changes and backup/recovery
• Update project and operations documentation related to designs and architectures
• Provide technical consulting on applied technologies, methods and IAM solutions
• Support operational teams with technologies, methodologies and improvements
• Derive recommendations to adapt designs, architectures and processes

Your profile

• Completed degree in computer science, electrical engineering or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in IAM and IT infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Identity solutions, especially MIM and FIM
• Confident handling of Active Directory, LDAP, user and group management
• Experience with Windows Server, PowerShell scripting and MS SQL database systems
• Business-fluent German and English
