In dieser Rolle unterstützen Sie die Planung und Bereitstellung technischer Betriebsmittel. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Spezifikation, Projektkoordination und Betreuung über den Lebenszyklus.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Planung und Bereitstellung notwendiger Betriebsmittel für Fertigung und Werkstätten
• Erstellung technischer Spezifikationen und Lastenhefte in deutscher und englischer Sprache
• Koordination von Projekten mit internen Fachbereichen und externen Partnern
• Betreuung von Betriebsmittelleihen unter Berücksichtigung relevanter Vorgaben
• Unterstützung von Entwicklungs- und Freigabeprozessen für Betriebsmittel
• Bewertung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungen unter Berücksichtigung von Qualität und Kosten

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation im technischen Bereich
• Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und in produktionsnahen Aufgaben
• Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis für Betriebsmittel und deren Spezifikation
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, MS Project und SAP
• Verantwortungsbewusste, belastbare und kommunikative Arbeitsweise
• Deutsch verhandlungssicher und Englisch fortgeschritten

In this role, you support the planning and provision of technical industrial means. The focus is on specification, project coordination and lifecycle support.

Your tasks

• Plan and provide required industrial means for production and workshop areas
• Create technical specifications and requirement documents in German and English
• Coordinate projects with internal departments and external partners
• Support the handling of industrial means loans in line with relevant requirements
• Contribute to development and approval processes for industrial means
• Evaluate and implement improvements with regard to quality and cost

Your profile

• Completed degree or comparable qualification in a technical field
• Experience in project management and production-related tasks
• Strong technical understanding of industrial means and their specification
• Confident use of MS Office, MS Project and SAP
• Responsible, resilient and communicative working style
• Fluent German and advanced English skills
