Buyer Procurement (m/w/d) – AIRBUS

HESYS Engineering is a partner for challenging projects in Aerospace and high-tech. For more than 25 years, we have supported our customers with engineering excellence, personal support and reliable project work. For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a suitable candidate.

In this role, you support sourcing activities in customer service procurement. You work with suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams to secure suitable commercial conditions.

Your tasks

• Source and secure commercial conditions for customer orders and quotes
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to support customer requests
• Negotiate with suppliers to improve cost and service performance
• Work with internal teams to support sourcing and operational needs
• Identify recurring sourcing issues and support corrective actions
• Contribute to process, tool and performance improvements

Your profile

• Completed degree in business, supply chain, logistics, economics or a technical field
• Experience in procurement, supplier management or supply chain
• Good analytical skills and a structured way of working
• Knowledge of continuous improvement and project management
• Confident use of MS Excel, SAP and digital work environments
• Negotiation-level English skills
