Ihre Aufgaben

• Systemintegration im Cockpit- und Kabinenbereich für zivile und militärische Programme

• Umsetzung von Projektzielen hinsichtlich Zeit, Umfang, Kosten und Qualität

• Koordination mehrerer Projekte in einer Matrixorganisation

• Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Projekt- und Aktivitätenplänen

• Berichterstattung und Abstimmung mit internen Kunden und Schnittstellen

• Priorisierung und Unterstützung bei kundenorientierten Entscheidungen

Ihr Profil

• Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar

• Erfahrung in Engineering, Luftfahrt oder Systemintegration von Vorteil

• Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement und in technischer Dokumentation

• Strukturierte, selbstständige und motivierte Arbeitsweise

• Kommunikationsstärke und Kundenorientierung

• Deutsch sicher, Englisch verhandlungssicher

Your tasks

• Perform system integration activities in cockpit and cabin areas

• Deliver project targets in terms of scope, cost, schedule, quality and customer satisfaction

• Coordinate several projects across a matrix organization

• Prepare and track detailed project and activity planning

• Report and align priorities with internal stakeholders and customers

• Support customer-oriented decision making and interfaces

Your profile

• Degree in engineering or a comparable field

• Experience in aerospace, vehicle systems or systems integration is a plus

• Strong skills in project management and technical documentation

• Structured, proactive and motivated working style

• Excellent communication and customer focus

• Solid German and fluent English
