Engine Installation Coordinator Produktion (m/w/d) – AIRBUS

In dieser Rolle koordinieren Sie den reibungslosen Triebwerkanbau innerhalb der Flugzeugproduktion. Sie steuern Installationsabläufe, Nacharbeiten, externe Partner und technische Schnittstellen bis zur Übergabe an die Flightline.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Planung und Koordination aller Themen rund um Triebwerkinstallation und triebwerkbezogene Nacharbeiten bis zum FOT
• Verbindliche Abstimmung der Installationsplanung mit Programmplanung, Produktionsplanung und beteiligten Fachbereichen
• Steuerung der Installationsbauplätze sowie Koordination von Subunternehmen und weiteren externen Partnern
• Erstellung und Koordination von Non-Conformities sowie Nachverfolgung der erforderlichen Maßnahmen
• Planung und Abstimmung mit internen und externen Lieferanten sowie Verantwortung für Werkzeuge und Equipment
• Tägliches Monitoring, Datenanalyse und Vertretung des Bereichs in internationalen Meetings zur Triebwerkinstallation

Ihr Profil

• Meisterqualifikation im technischen Bereich, beispielsweise als Fluggerät-, Industrie- oder Feinwerkmechaniker, oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehr als zwei Jahre Erfahrung in Fertigung, Produktion oder Manufacturing Engineering
• Praktische Kenntnisse in der Industriemechanik; Erfahrung in der Bearbeitung und Steuerung von Non-Conformities ist von Vorteil
• Vertiefte SAP-Anwendungskenntnisse sowie sicherer Umgang mit Google Workspace
• Grundkenntnisse im Prozessmanagement und ausgeprägte Koordinationsfähigkeit an technischen Schnittstellen
• Deutsch verhandlungssicher, Englisch versiert sowie Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Zweischichtsystem

For more than 25 years, HESYS Engineering has connected technical specialists with demanding assignments for customers in aerospace, defence and high-tech. For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a suitable candidate.

In this role, you will coordinate the smooth installation of aircraft engines within production. You will manage installation activities, rework, external partners and technical interfaces through to handover to the flightline.

Your tasks

• Plan and coordinate all engine-installation activities and engine-related rework through to the final FAL process
• Align binding installation schedules with programme planning, production planning and relevant specialist departments
• Manage engine-installation workstations and coordinate subcontractors and other external partners
• Prepare and coordinate non-conformities and track the required corrective actions
• Coordinate internal and external suppliers and ensure the availability and inspection status of tools and equipment
• Perform daily monitoring and data analysis and represent the department in international engine-installation meetings

Your profile

• Technical master craftsman qualification, for example in aircraft, industrial or precision mechanics, or a comparable qualification
• More than two years of experience in manufacturing, production or manufacturing engineering
• Practical experience in industrial mechanics; knowledge of non-conformity processing and coordination is advantageous
• Advanced SAP application skills and confident use of Google Workspace
• Basic knowledge of process management and strong coordination skills across technical interfaces
• Business-fluent German, advanced English and willingness to work in a two-shift system
