Gesucht wird ein Configuration Manager für Remote Carrier im FCAS-Programm. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Definition, Implementierung und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Konfigurationsmanagementprozessen und -standards über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Definition und Steuerung der Konfigurationsmanagementprozesse
• Sicherstellung der Prozessimplementierung und Prozesssicherheit
• Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Prozessleistung
• Definition und Implementierung von Methoden, Prozessen und Tools des Konfigurationsmanagements zur Festlegung, Planung und Organisation der CM-Aktivitäten über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus
• Unterstützung des operativen Konfigurationsmanagements bei Prozess- und Toolfragen
• Sicherstellung der Datenintegrität sowie Durchführung von Baselining und Archivierung
• Schulung der Projektteams zur Umsetzung und Einhaltung der Konfigurationsmanagementprozesse

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium in Informatik, Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik oder Maschinenbau
• Mehr als drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Konfigurationsmanagement
• Mehr als drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Engineering
• Mehr als drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT beziehungsweise Informationssysteme
• Fundierte Kenntnisse im Informationsmanagement und in der Datensicherheit sind erforderlich
• Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Product Lifecycle Management sind erforderlich
• Kenntnisse in der Softwareentwicklung
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse von PLM- und PDM-Tools sind erforderlich
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse von Softwareentwicklungs- und Konfigurationsmanagement-Tools sind zwingend erforderlich
• Programmierkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
• Deutsch und Englisch jeweils mindestens verhandlungssicher
• Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Sorgfalt und strukturierter Arbeitsweise
• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten zur Sicherstellung des Informationsflusses
• Fähigkeit, sich in ein Team zu integrieren

We are looking for a Configuration Manager for Remote Carrier within the FCAS programme. The focus is on defining, implementing and continuously improving configuration management processes and standards throughout the complete product lifecycle.

Your tasks

• Define and manage configuration management processes
• Ensure process implementation and process security
• Continuously improve process performance
• Define and implement configuration management methods, processes and tools to define, plan and organize CM activities throughout the complete product lifecycle
• Support operational configuration management regarding process and tool issues
• Protect data integrity and perform baselining and archiving
• Train project teams in the implementation of and compliance with configuration management processes

Your profile

• Completed Bachelor’s degree in computer science, aerospace engineering or mechanical engineering
• More than three years of professional experience in configuration management
• More than three years of professional experience in engineering
• More than three years of professional experience in IT or information systems
• Profound knowledge of information management and data security is required
• Profound knowledge of product lifecycle management is required
• Knowledge of software development
• Very good knowledge of PLM and PDM tools is required
• Very good knowledge of software development and configuration management tools is mandatory
• Programming knowledge is an advantage
• German and English both at least at negotiation level
• High degree of responsibility, diligence and a structured working style
• Good communication skills to ensure the flow of information
• Ability to integrate into a team
